Three young ladies where working hard in there yesterday and they all were very nice and respectful. The manager was very attentive and easy to talk to. I'm going back as soon as possible. I have to get the managers name because she was excellent and I'm going to tell her ASAP 💯

I got the new $7 deal, at inside alone by myself. It was a whopper Jr, fries and drink. Biggest disappointment was how thin/ small the meat has gotten in about three weeks. So it felt like I was eating a cold mayo sandwich. Next time I will take pictures I went to Wendys the next work lunch break got $5 deal more for my dollars

If I could leave zero stars I would. This establishment is a joke. This is my 3rd time trying them again. Only bc they're close but this time it's a no. EVERYTIME I pull up this one lady is out side smoking. Literally everytime and this time I started to keep going bc she had on house shoes 😤😤 but the kids insisted. She gave me my food and stated it just came out the grease even though I didn't ask and everything is cold and hard as if it's been sitting since this morning. I attempted to still eat it. I wouldn't feed this to my dog and the last time she came in fussing at an employee for being behind bc she was outside getting high. It's ridiculous and no one would answer the phone. I will be back in the morning for a refund.

I had a great meal at this Burger King. The drive thru line moved quickly. My food was made as I ordered and served hot and fresh. It was tasty and delicious! The employees were friendly and professional.

I only ordered fries and a sprite with no ice. Fries ice cold sprite full of ice i told the young lady she took my fries and re-dropped them in the grease poured extra salt on them if I couldn't get fresh hot fries i sure wouldn't try a burger

The line was too long. They gave cool fries with my meal, ask for fresh fries, they took the old fries and redropped them, gVe them back to me, they was greasy all the way through.
I ordered this wrap it was old stale and dry I have had other wraps from a different Burger King but this one was disgusting ? no apologies from management or anything.

Pull up at 6:55 CT. The sign in the order speaker reads “Cards only”. Young lady taking the orders greets me with “Cards only”. I reply “Yes mam” and wait 4 seconds and ask “Are you ready for me?”. The reply is “Waiting on you”. I indicated I think I will go elsewhere. Pull around to 5 employees on the outside bench. If the owner of the franchise reads this- I am available for Customer Service training. I will provide a day or week rate. Reply to this if you’re interested.

I tried both of the new chicken wraps today. Never again. Bland, flavorless fried chicken pieces that cover about half of the wrap length. The only flavor was the honey mustard dressing on one.
