My husband and I dine there for lunch at least once a week and have been for a couple of years. Crystal is always super friendly, kind, fast and incredibly courteous. She consistently has a smile on her face and demonstrates the sort of professionalism rarely seen in businesses in general in todays modern times. I am sure that like anyone, she experiences her share of challenging days but it is never shown when it comes to her. She works extremely hard and never appears to stop moving. I just wanted to take a moment to shine some light and appreciation on a star employee there which restores our faith in humanity. She is long overdue for a huge raise!
They get zero stars how in the hell are you gonna close 20 minutes before you’re supposed to close your restaurant like seriously? Worked all freaking day trying to go get some food before I go home and they just see me and like try to hide this girl seen me and legit walked backwards. Wth is wrong w this world?!? Let me tell you something about this Captain Dees..... I was visiting from Tupelo, MS with my 92 year old mom and 72 year old sister..... We stopped here to eat and the service and food was excellent 👍🏻.
Fast forward to 4 hours later and I'm back home in Tupelo and CANT FIND MY PURSE!!!!!!! This was the last place I'd had it. I called and an amazing guy named Chris actually took the time to review cameras and confirm I'd left with the purse. After searching in a total panic, I found it.... In my house.... It had fallen in the pillowcase of the pillow I had taken with me😳😳😳😳😑😑😑🫣🫣. THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!!

With out prejudice, the all black staff except for two that were the only nice and caring ones there ! We wish we didn't stop there to eat ! But never again ! Not a place to take family or friends definitely !!

The restroom was warm & clean so was the dining area! The only thing I did like was the loud chatting from the employees amongst themselves! I sat in a booth front door & I could hear every word beyond the music playing in the background!
