Food was good, but customer service was 1/10. Guy at the register obviously didn't want to be there, dead face/eyes, no greeting. Felt like he didn't want us to be there either. Charged us for an extra drink we didn't order.

I went to lunch at Captain D’s today in Millington, TN and did notice the fish had changed. A noticeable change for the worse. So, I went home and Googled the question and Yes, the fish at Captain D’s has changed to Swai an Asian species of catfish raised in not so healthy waters and ponds. Cheap quality is NOT better. You have just lost a life long customer. Sad.

The service was good and restaurant appeared clean on the outside as I went through the drive thru. I went at dinner time. The food on the other hand was not properly prepared. I got a chicken & fish meal. The chicken strips were almost as tiny as nuggets and the fish was not properly cooked . The fish was pink down in the middle. The side of fries portion looked like that of a kids meal portion. I didn't notice my food until I got home. I called the restaurant and the manager agreed to have the staff remake my plate when I visited again. I visited the next day for lunch and the 2nd plate was identical to the 1st one. Small chicken strips, small portion of fries, and the fish appeared to not be properly cooked/ pink inside.

Went through the drive thru today, the cashier was nasty towards me when I asked for the total at the window she blurted out “I need the coupon first”, however I won’t be visiting this location again!

Food is great, but go in and don't use the drive through. You can't hear them over the speaker and they can't hear you. So drive through order has been wrong multiple times now

My husband and I dine there for lunch at least once a week and have been for a couple of years. Crystal is always super friendly, kind, fast and incredibly courteous. She consistently has a smile on her face and demonstrates the sort of professionalism rarely seen in businesses in general in todays modern times. I am sure that like anyone, she experiences her share of challenging days but it is never shown when it comes to her. She works extremely hard and never appears to stop moving. I just wanted to take a moment to shine some light and appreciation on a star employee there which restores our faith in humanity. She is long overdue for a huge raise!
