Only issue is sitting in the drive thru after they give you your food bc the car in front hasn’t received theirs yet. Twice in a week I’ve waited for over 30 mins bc I got my food before the car in front of me.

I have stopped by for breakfast and the first visit, I waited for 17 minutes in line. I did not go back for weeks. I am currently in line waiting on my order for over 15 minutes. This is my last visit to this location.
They had one fryer down and still managed to deliver food top notch food and customer service..
Update: they changed their fries to cheaper longer lasting garbage and tried to justify it. I'll choose elsewhere

I love this place but the lab filets my sandwiches were not enjoyable as usual I need the real chicken breast sandwiches they taste FAKE PLEASEgo back to the REAL CHICKEN
I don't like that they have over 50 chemicals in their chicken.
I was even told that since they revealed the recipe they took it off of the website
Vegetarian options: I want the chemicals taken out of the chicken.

Very disappointed in this place. I went through the drive-thru on the morning of the 19th of December, with a simple order for one person. After I received my order I realized that they had forgot to complete the order. I went back through the drive-thru and made them aware of the issue. I was asked to pull around so that they could complete the order, but when I got there the person assembling the orders was very rude to the lady that was handing orders to the customers outside. I showed my receipt, but there was no care. Only defense that she did not mess up. After leaving, I realized that her treatment of the other employee was extremely unfair, so I called the manager, only because I did not like seeing people treated unfairly. The manager said they were going to do something, however I do not even believe that they really cared. Very disappointed, always believed that this franchise was a step above these types of behaviors. , I genuinely never leave a bad Google review, only positive ones. This one just impacted me watching the poor employee get treated so bad by the other. The lady that was handing food out did apologize to me and I know for a fact it was sincere, because she was extremely embarrassed of the situation. Please look into this, you guys are better than that. No one should be treated the way she was.

I don't know how chick-fil-a always does it, but they do. They could teach the government a thing or two about how to run things. I feel like no matter where I travel to, their service and delivery is always on point.

I was COMPLETELY appalled with this manager’s attitude today. I had just gotten back from taking my baby to the emergency room when I ordered 3 sandwiches and a 3-piece, and I was missing both the 3-piece and one of the sandwiches - HALF my order. It wasn’t a big deal; the staff were very respectful and friendly, so I wasn’t worried about it. Chick-Fil-A is my family’s comfort food, and its reputation precedes them - or so I thought. Then she gets called over to handle the situation and treats me like a criminal (she literally dug into the trash can to grab the receipt after arguing with me about what I had ordered), made a fool of herself in front of the entire restaurant, had a horrible attitude, and took FOREVER to get me my food. And to top it all off, after the manager bagged my food (WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS which had just been in the garbage can), she turned away without saying a WORD! This manager had tattoos on her knuckles, which is insanely unprofessional anyway, but I was willing to give her a chance since CFA did. After that experience though, I have no idea how someone with such a rancid attitude is in her position!!

Ordered deluxe chicken sandwich meal and grilled nuggets. Server brought us the wrong order and had to remake it. Mistakes happen. No big deal. The fries were hot and fresh. The sandwich wasn't anything special and, even with the addition of grilled nuggets, we were still hungry when we left. All-in-all, it's still Chik-fil-a. It was an honest meal made and served by honest hard-working kids. We just wish the sandwiches were more filling.

It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a drink. I walked to the counter and waited a few minutes. Three of the girls were just standing at the counter talking completely ignoring me.

One of the few places in Millington you can guarantee that you’ll have amazing food and amazing service. It’s our go to restaurant here. Other fast food places should tart taking notes.
