This restaurant is not used to serving groups of African-Americans. I'll be bluntly honest, the white server was scared to deal with us. One person at our table ordered a alcoholic beverage, & my big sister couldn't get a simple cup of water in a to-go cup. Literally sent a black bus boy out to our table to remove a to-go cup. Crazy, extremely tacky. This is not a law in TN. If the manager on duty this evening didn't want us to spend our black dollars there they could've politely asked us to leave, I'll never return to this place again. My African-American brothers & sisters beware. I've been to places deep in Mississippi & Alabama, but the racism we've experienced today was wild. We weren't offered refills on our drinks. The server was talking to us like we were uneducated & couldn't comprehend. Felt like we're not supposed to be eating there, we're supposed to be cleaning tables serving people. Never.😂

went there to have a birthday lunch! there were 8 of us, we were told that it’d be an hour wait. That was fine! We went and waited. Got a message that “our order is ready”. We didn’t order, but I proceeded over to the establishment anyway. Got there, the hostess tried to sit us at 2 six tables, we were all wanting to sit together because it’s a birthday lunch. They refused to put both tables together so we asked to be put back on the wait list, which again, is fine! But then we asked about the table on the right side that has 10 chairs and the customers were finishing up. The hostess said “we aren’t allowed to sit anymore parties over there”. What do you mean you can’t sit a party at a party table??? So we proceeded back outside to wait. Then I went back in, just to triple check if we’re on the wait list. When I went back in, the hostess, a server, and a MANAGER were talking crap about how we’re “being dramatic” because we want to sit together at a birthday lunch??? Insane. Anyway! Update, we’re at Huey’s WHERE THEY PUSHED THE TABLES TOGETHER FOR US!!! It was SO simple. Hope yall stub y’all’s toes on something metal today:)
Our waiter Julian was phenomenal!! Food was fantastic, we very much enjoyed our dinner at Chili's in Millington TN.

Ordered carry out thru website and didn't have to wait long at at. Great atmosphere for young people and older too to come and enjoy dinner together. Friendly staff, food was excellent.
Excited to be out on girls night stop for little bit to eat first. Bartender debbie downer pissed off at world! Order 6 apps took 1 1/2 hr to get to us and COLD all except 1. Sent back 5 remake the manager could care less couldn't even be bothered. The 3 guys across the bar said thier burgers were cold and wrong too but waited so long they was starving!

the worst experience EVER, rude hostess staff, we came in for a quick bite, hostess said 10 minute wait, then after 25 minutes with zero eye contact from hostess I went up and asked for an update, she said about 30 more minutes, ask for a manager she said no, empty tables all throughout the restaurant...don't waste your time
