I had such a wonderful experience 12/11/2025 thanks to our server, Marnesha. She was the perfect combination of attentive, patient, and incredibly sweet. What stood out most was how she interacted with my tiny human—she made him feel special, included, and totally at ease.
Her timing was perfect, she checked in without ever hovering, and she handled everything with a warm smile that made our visit feel extra comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who not only excels at service but also genuinely enjoys connecting with kids, and she absolutely nailed it.

Ordered the brisket quesadilla. It was AWESOME. Ordered the Cajun pasta with chicken. It was good but it had gotten cold before it was brought to the table. The queso was very good and so was the salsa. We went around 8:30 on a Saturday night. It was pretty loud. We couldn't hear each other well enough to carry on a conversation. The server was very attentive and refilled our drinks without us asking. 5☆ for the brisket, 3☆ for the cold pasta. Overall 4☆ We will definitely go back again.

The Chili's in Millington has a wonderful family hometown feel.
My biggest thing was that I found something in my drink. I ordered a Coke Zero and about half way through drinking it, I found a yellow in color and squishy piece of material that resembled a booger. As soon as I fished it out the waiter asked if I wanted a new drink immediately.
After placing our order we waited for around 20 minutes and saw other people before us getting their appetizers and what not. The waiter approached us and said sorry, our order never went through due to a system error and we would have to reorder.
The food was decent but I will not be going back due to what I found in my drink.

Taking a bit off for atmosphere because there was a kid who threw up while we were there. Restaurant staff moved us to a different area. Food was great. I had the smokehouse combo with ribs and a brisket quesadilla. Lots of food. Shared the mac and cheese with my wife.
