We went 12/14/24 @ 9:30 and got two milkshakes for our grandparents and the girl in the drive through was so nasty and rude. The last person who should be the face of your establishment and really has no business working in customer service with such a distasteful attitude and a negative aura about themselves. Will not come back simply because of that. Get better workers

Straight trash. Can't believe the entitled attitude incompetent people they hire at this place. Feel like my food is in danger with the way that I'm talked to. With the amount of times my order is always messed up and the oder if it is made right is absolutely atrocious. A chicken quesadilla is suppose to have cheese and chicken right? You won't be getting anything but straight up talked to like a dog with attitude from start to finish.

Just left Cook Out today, food was great as usual but, BUT, the customer service was bad. This is my second time coming around to see this young female named LaChira. LaChira is very rude doesn't speak to customers and ignore extra request. She needs to either work the back and flip burger patty or simply let her go. There is no way I want a person with a rude attitude like that serving my food. You have issues at that particular business is really not my problem, regardless who it maybe, your customer service should be top tier. I know so many people including family members of mine who have quit due to the disrespectful staff and the laziness. Cook Out Corp you have to do something because that place is put of control and nobody including customers should be treated that way. Before you opened your restaurant Dairy Queen was there first, when they screwed up we put them out of Millington, they had to settle in Munford, Tn. Don't let your restaurant go down the same way. Get better customer service.
