Drive-thru yesterday for lunch, placed order for 2 hotdogs and drinks then at window asked if could cancel order and upgrade to full meals and was told no ? Lazy and bad customer service. Although the cokes tasted good and the hotdogs nicely grilled for once we won't be going back. LAZY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Too much competition. Plenty of fast food eateries to choose from. Cookout is off our list and that's too bad as their prices are fair.

Regular burger with cheese grilled delicious! Good fries and crisp coke. Try their hysh puppies.2 days later tried their hot dogs. Could be grilled just a bit longer but pretty good. Fairly priced !
