Ordered at 1955. App said Adrian started pizza at 2000. Pizza did not go to oven until 2042. Pizza ready at 2052 and was supposed to be delivered to car within 2 minutes. App stated pick up was ready 2022-2032. How? When it wasn't in the oven until 2042? This is why it's been 2 years since I went to dominoes and it will be years before I'm back.

Called over 6 times and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Ordered online and have been waiting for two hours. Apparently my pizza has been in the “quality check” for over an hour and a half and can't get anyone to answer the phone to check on it.

UPDATE- 3 days later management still has not contacted me even though I was told they would. What a joke. I sat in line for 30 minutes for an online order to THEN be told it will be a minimum of 20 more minutes. I need management to make this right. No communication. No effort. DO NOT GO

If i give this place zero stars I would. They were rude and i had to call the place 3x. The lady that answered the phone hung up on me and honestly I hope she gets fired. She answered the phone with attitude and honestly I dont know how she has a job. Ill make sure to let her manager know she shouldnt be in customer service.I put a call in on Tuesday night. I just wanted my order. How is this place stays open...it is a miracle. Will never do business again

The online tracker counts down your order’s time, but it isn’t accurate at all. The pizza we ordered was put in the oven 45 minutes after we placed an online order - not great. I don’t think we’ll be ordering from this location again anytime soon unless they become a bit more efficient.

I was told on the phone that I could order over the phone and use my rewards to get my free parm bites when I arrived, but when I arrived I was told no you have to order online in order to redeem the free parm bites rewards. Thankfully they wound up giving them to me anyway. Otherwise I would've had to cancel the order. They were very nice about it.
