why is that when you ask for a half glass of ice or light ice they act all mad. i don't understand. i ask for light ice because i don't want it all water down by the time i get to work. i know it is early in the morning and they really don't want to be there, but please try not to act like it is going out of your way to only put half a glass of ice.

What firstly attracted me to flag city drinks was the pretty colorful layers. However lately I've been ordering drinks and almost every time I order a drink its a mixed up mess with loads of powder stuck to the bottom of the container. I recently order a rainbow layered drink when I picked it up it looked a mess as usual not to mention I didn't get to gradually taste the flavors. Which is my favorite part of the layered drinks. ?

these girls who work here are down right MEAN. nasty attitudes no matter what time of day you come in, 2 pm, 4 pm, 5:30, doesn’t matter. i’ve been here 4 seperate times and the experience and attitudes from all 4 different girls are all the same. they’re clearly high school senior mean girls or fresh out of HS because they take forever to make any single drink, takes a minimum of 10 minutes and asking basic questions is a hassle. tonight i ordered a shake and trying to thank the girl who made it, and she cut me off by slamming my drink down and curtly kicking me out basically with a “have a goodnight” i will not be back. high school behavior. thank god there’s a million other pop up shops like these.

I’ve been to plenty of these nutrition tea places around the 901 and Flag City is my #1 go to! The employees are always nice and even help my fiancé out whenever I send him here to pick up a tea for me.

Delicious teas. Teacher discounts. Could be a bit friendlier and not “close up shop” before actual closing time, I have felt unwelcomed when coming in 15-20 minutes before closing time on weekends.

Love this place they are honest & the drinks are incredible. Thought I handed the young lady a two dollar tip but it was actually two twenties. They didn't have a problem given it back TG! But everyone who works there is always very respectful. Thank you Flag City Nutrition ?
