I don’t know whoever cooked my food but it showed they didn’t want to be at work today. My hash brown were to hard so I sent them back got new hash brown and they were the same way like the first one. I got two chicken fajitas omelettes and both had burnt veggies. So the young lady I was talking to said to me I don’t see anything burnt then she goes to the kitchen and her and another lady start talking crazy about my other.. IHOP please hire people who want to do their job

I was a loyal Covington IHOP customer. I was one of those that never had a bad meal or experience. I only ever got their Spicy Poblano Omelet w/Gluten-free pancakes and it was DELICIOUS. Since their closure I have not went anywhere else, and finally we decided to head over to Millington. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their food, but unfortunately when my order came out. It was the saddest omelet I have ever seen (even my spouses spinach omelet was sad). The fluffiness of the omelet was nowhere to be seen. It was missing the following Poblano cream, chopped poblano peppers (one little one was one the side), it didn't have avocado, or shredded cheese, I did not see any red bell pepper or onions. The meat was about a forkful, and it was so minimal, I could not even get enough to cover the omelet. The Gluten free pancakes are amazing at IHOP, their batter is amazing. The ones I received were sour, and bitter, almost like the batter went bad. I literally spit them out, spouse said they were awful. The waitress was super sweet, and got the manager. I asked him to taste the pancakes, manager did offer to remake the pancakes but I would have to wait 20min. ugh.. so I said no. I was already disappointed with omelet. He said he would take them off. Mind you, I am paying extra for gluten-free. They end up taking 10% off. Not nearly enough for what I was served. I would not post this, but the fact that I know what this dish should be, and how it should be served. We didn't even say anything about my husbands omelet. I wish I snapped a picture, these omelet were so flat. They need to hire the cook that was at Covington, and the waitress that was ALWAYS there even when they couldn't find anyone to work. I can't speak on anyone else's food, they seemed to be enjoying it. But I think this omelet is one not usually ordered, if they didn't have the ingredients for it, they should have said something. Same for the gluten free pancake batter. I would have waited initially for them if they didn't have batter made. I understand GF is not something people order a lot of.

Brianna was outstanding as a waitress. The food was pretty good. The men's bathroom was horrible. Urine was all around the urinal. Feces was dried up on one of the toilets.

Took my dad here for an early Father’s Day breakfast, but we were highly disappointed with our experience here. The waitress messed up both of our orders. She gave my dad the wrong pancakes and didn’t bring the salsa and sour cream for his omelette and she served me pork sausage when I asked for turkey sausage. The hashbrowns were also very undercooked. We used to love coming to this location but we’re not satisfied with the last experience we had here.

GOODMORNING...I called several times to place a call in order...NO AWNSER...SO I DROVE UP HERE AND SAT AT THE FRONT WAITING FOR SOME ONE TO TAKE MY ORDER AND WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE A EMPLOYEE CAME IN NO GREETING LOOKED ME UP AND SOWN AS TO SAY WHY ARE YOU HERE...ALL I WANTED WAS A VEGGIE OMLET...THIS PLACE HAS GONE WAY DOWN AND I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGIAN..
I will NEVER return to this location! I treated my mother & I to breakfast yesterday. I left the waitress Brianna a tip in cash & used my card to pay. I checked my card this morning and she added an additional 20% tip WITHOUT my authorization! That is STEALING! Do NOT recommend this location unless you’re paying with cash only however I won’t be returning at all.

TLDR: Good food, decent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, though a personal incident affected my ability to return.
Review for IHOP
First Impression: It’s what you’d expect from an IHOP. While the hostess booth is often unattended, the wait to be greeted is typically brief—usually a few seconds to a minute.
Food: The food consistently meets IHOP’s standard. The pancakes are always fluffy and hot, eggs with cheese are generously cheesy, and the bacon is cooked well. I’ve tried two different omelets—one custom and one off the menu—and both were delicious.
Service: The servers are polite and efficient, ensuring food arrives hot and correctly prepared. My only minor critique is that they could check on customers more frequently, but it’s not a significant issue. However, a personal incident changed my experience at this location. One of the female employees reportedly discussed me with her mother, who also worked there. The mother later shared this with me, which made future visits uncomfortable. While the service itself was good, this incident left me feeling it wasn’t the right place for me to continue dining, out of respect for my wife and to avoid any perceived impropriety.
Atmosphere: The restaurant has a comfortable, laid-back vibe. One of the managers is often visible, checking on customers and maintaining a welcoming environment. It’s a nice place to relax without feeling rushed.
Summary: This IHOP delivers on food quality, service, and atmosphere, making it a pleasant spot for casual dining. While my experience was largely positive, the personal incident made it difficult for me to continue visiting. If not for that, I’d likely have become a regular.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramp access and handicap parking.
