Walked in to stand in line to place order, friendly cashier ask to take our order and the manager yelled across the building to us that we had to wait that the cashier had to do something else first. We were the only ones left in the store to place our order. This is rude to speak to a customer that way and to speak to the cashier in front of customers that way. This is not how you earn or keep loyal customers.

They never put mayonnaise on the big breakfast sandwich, I even asked to clarify that there is supposed to be mayonnaise and I still do not have mayonnaise on my big breakfast sandwich. This has happened to me at least the last 3 consecutive times of coming here.

Just like everywhere else, I orded pancakes and got a sausage buscuit. I don’t understand, it seems like they just give you what they need to get rid of.

Me, my sister and father were in there today and normally we have an exceptional experience but today the young lady at the cashier was so nasty and had no sense of urgency we watched her mess up about 5/6 orders including ours it was horrible but RichardRing and Ms Patty are a God Send and they held that store on their back I told them thank you so many time because if it had not been for them we would have had a horrible experience Ms Patty had to work Drive Thru and in house while Richard Ring had to make food and assist Ms Patty in the front to get everything back on track Ms Patty had to ask the cashier several times to do her own job so that herself and Richard could do their own jobs my dad personally took the time out to thank Richard and Ms Patty for their customer service and assistance they were amazing and kept it professional the entire time THANK YOU MS PATTY AND RICHARD!!!!

I ordered a salad from the drive through. As I pulled around the corner, I noticed garbage laying under the window. The drive through windows were so dirty that you could hardly see inside, as if some took Mayo and touched all three windows.
The attendant opened the window, said $9.35 and walked off. She came back with my drink....and I never got a straw. I was asked to pull forward. A nice lady walked my meal out and said they were out of ranch and gave me two options. She went a got my dressing from the drive through window.
The salad was tiny, but well put together.
It's such a pretty restaurant from the road that I expected a different experience.
