There wasn’t a long line but the latest there simply just don’t know what they are doing. I never had to wait over 30 min for Chicken. And plus they were very rude. Don’t have any good customer service. Jacks normally holds high standards now it seems as if they just hired anyone the website states that they open at 5 AM but they didn’t open until 6:45 AM. The first time I came to Jack’s, it was awesome But just this past Sunday at 4:00 pm Jack’s was awful it. The kids need more training. It seem as if no one wants to do their job. I hope it get better because it seems to be a new facility that we really don’t want to leave.

I asked for additional gravy as what I received was almost nonexistent. One girl was willing to help, but she was scolded by a coworker that told her it cost extra. She provided it free of charge and the other girl got the manager who glared at me, said it cost extra and that this time it was ok since the other girl gave it to me. I thanked her for her customer service and was disappointed at the manager. Please address customer service with employees vs strict policy following as it can be detrimental to future visits.

Update:
Once again, I tried Jack's after work. I was even going to have a burger meal, but I had a friend that wanted chicken, so we placed our order. Guess what?? No chicken at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Apparently, the staff picks and chooses when to cook their chicken. I get that they are probably looking forward to getting off work at 11PM, but come on now. I also just came back to this post so Im seeing the response from my first review. I will be in touch, but I truly will not go back to the restaurant at any time.
After working all day, we hit the drive thru at 8:25pm. Closing hour was 10:00pm. We were told there was no fried chicken. We haven't had this problem before. I dont think 8:25 is too late to make a few pieces of chicken when you close at 10:00. Won't go back for dinner. Disappointing.

We went yesterday for breakfast. Preordered on line. It was ready. Picked up and drove 15 minutes home and our biscuits and gravy and eggs were still hot and oh so yummy. This was our first visit. Hope this is the norm as we will definitely be going back and referring others. Keep up the good work !!!!!

They never have white gravy! They advertise country fried steak with white gravy but the last 4 times we've tried to order this meal, they never have the white gravy!!! Very irritating!

Breakfast always 5 stars all around but this is the 3rd and last time for dinner. Slaw had a few pieces with rest liquid. Biscuit not cooked thoroughly, no napkins no utensils (I went to drive thru) no receipt. Hard to maneuver from window due to the cars that were sent forward to wait. I was asked my order at the menu and once I said that's all they said drive around. That's it. They said price only at window, gave food and said here's your food. Will NOT go back. I shouldve listened to the public.

As a former manager in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of acknowledging guests promptly, even during busy times. When I visited your establishment, I stood at the counter for about five minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. It wasn’t until another guest spoke up on my behalf that I was finally assisted.
While the food was fantastic, the service I experienced that day did not reflect the same quality. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it helps improve the overall guest experience moving forward

This morning, at Jacks in Millington, Tn, the manager and an employee got into a shouting match over the employee using her cell phone. It got so loud that every patron stopped dining and turned to the counter area. One patron yelled at them to stop. Many elderly patrons got up and left. This is totally unacceptable in any public establishment. Too many incidents such as this tend to escalate and becomes physical and dangerous. I certainly will enjoy my breakfast somewhere else from now on.
