They never have white gravy! They advertise country fried steak with white gravy but the last 4 times we've tried to order this meal, they never have the white gravy!!! Very irritating!

As a former manager in the restaurant industry, I understand the importance of acknowledging guests promptly, even during busy times. When I visited your establishment, I stood at the counter for about five minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. It wasn’t until another guest spoke up on my behalf that I was finally assisted.

While the food was fantastic, the service I experienced that day did not reflect the same quality. I’m sharing this feedback...

First and foremost the service is amazing! The staff, from the manager down, are always polite and professional, and do their very best to make sure customers are happy. It's nice to see a manager be so positive with both the customers AND their staff. It really makes the atmosphere at Jack's head and shoulders above other fast food restaurants in the area.
