So me and wife walk in.. first thing we do is both go to the bathroom. So I come out first then wife behind me we go to the counter to order. And the 2 front counter employees are smiling at each other then turn around and laugh at my wife smirking. I don't know what that was about at all. We turned and walked out I feel she was racial profiled. This happened on 05/10/25 something needs to be done about this. Was very rude it took everything out of me not to act a fool!!! I mean what was the deal made my wife feel very awful.

Eating out is a experience. I always wait for fresh hot chicken. Mr. Tommy was very courteous very pleasant. I had ordered at the store but had connections problems to submit my online order. He offered me a soda while I wait. He patiently tried to help with my phone and then just rung me up for the same discount as I would've for the online order. I watched him graciously interact with other customers with respect and professionalism. The only issue I have is that I didn't receive my Mac & Cheese, just another corn. My 8 piece was a 6 piece and my 12 piece was 11. He did give me biscuits that I had forgotten to order. Do to the awesome experience I wasn't upset. I do wish I would've gotten all that I ordered and wanted. My little girl loves the Mac & Cheese and another is a picky eater. So I did end up just cooking some Mac & Cheese but the chicken was hot and delicious. I always go to this location. The facility is clean and everyone is always friendly. My 3 stars are for the missing items but 5 stars for a outstanding experience. The experience starts with management. So thank you Mr. Tommy for a pleasant experience.

I order a chicken sandwich they rey with that are out will too chicken strips on the sandwhich be ok? I said sure. I got open their was ONE TINY chicken tender on it. I paid almost 10 bucks for one tender ! Very very very disappointed in this!
