I don't know who the manager is that's hiring these people, but they did a good job. everyone working tonight was super polite I heard a couple say sir and ma'am. And the man delivering my food apologized for being out of 1 kind of sauce but listed all the others they carried. Great dine in experience! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

Eating out is a experience. I always wait for fresh hot chicken. Mr. Tommy was very courteous very pleasant.
I had ordered at the store but had connections problems to submit my online order.
He offered me a soda while I wait.
He patiently tried to help with my phone and then just rung me up for the same discount as I would've for the online order.
I watched him graciously interact with other customers with respect and professionalism....

I had an excellent experience with KFC today. I ordered a family meal online. It was ready on time and the food was hot and delicious. Ordering online was very easy and pick up was smooth and easy.
