Stopped by for a quick bite and they were only serving fried items.. no Krystal burgers at all .. we ended up getting the 8 Chic combo with 2 fries and 2 drinks and it was $39.75... i had to make sure I was still at a fast food window with that amount. Way to high these days when I could go to Chilis or the Chinese buffet for 2... However as high priced the Chic were the service was excellent... She made everything fresh for us and was very polite and had our order out in less than 5 mins and she was all by herself too. I would go back for the high priced Chic just to get the awesome service we had. The girl that was there late last night deserves a raise. Or at least Employee of the Month.

I dont understand why they say yall 24 hours everytime i go when i get off from work they never answer the freaking speaker and then when they do they say they cant take orders smh just close for crying out loud cause yall not 24 hours i get off and 330 in the morning and never can get food thats why i take my business to whataburger at least they have employees that do there job

I went to this Krystal's location expecting to get hot fresh Krystal burgers 24 steamer pack. Instead I got pre cooked thrown together burgers that weren't fresh at all and were barely even warm. I will definitely not be going back to this location again.

You could not order at the drive thru speaker, had to pull to the window. The customer service was still good. Having to order at the window, the food was hot. My fries were too hot to eat at the window. Awesome!! Love hot fries.

Tonight me and my friend were doordashing to krystals. Will never happen again!! If I could give negative stars I would. I have sat in this drive through for over 30 minutes. Keep in mind no other car is here. I would like to note that when me and my friend pulled in we immediately saw Every. Single. Employee. Sitting in the lobby on their phones. The hours of day say they close at 2am. It is only 11pm. We proceeded to go to the intercom and no one answered. We drove to the window still no answer. We then drove up to where the lobby was so we could double check if there were employees. There was and we made direct eye contact with employees. We then went back through the line and STILL no answer. We finally got someone to answer after we opened the window in the line and yelled in for some assistance. (Lobby was closed, and should never have to do.) We have still been sitting here an additional 10 minutes because the food has not been made yet. We are deeply unsatisfied with their customer service. And so is our doordash customer. Also note that when we expressed how long we sat there and asked if they seen us Wendy gave us attitude.

For the past 3 visits I have ordered chili cheese fries but instead received a small order of fries, no chili nor cheese. I get it that accidents happen, but this is becoming ridiculous.
