Service was disappointing. The food wasn’t bad, but also not the greatest. Arrived at the table warmish, but definitely not got. This is my second less than favorable experience at a Longhorn (previous bad experience at the Bartlett location), so maybe Longhorn just isn’t the place for me anymore.
My wife and I went here for our anniversary. The service from top to bottom was exceptional. Food was amazing, my ribeye was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very prompt and had a great attitude. We will definitely come back. Thank you Longhorn and staff for your great service!
The service was just not there yesterday. The wife waited almost 20 minutes for a drink after being told by the waitress that she was on it. We had gotten our appetizer and our salad before she even got her drink. I requested more tea for the second time and it never showed. We have eaten there least 8 times and everything was spot on. We weren't waiting on anything. Good food and such but after lastnight I am beginning to be doubtful of an on going monthly routine...
