I have been to 47 states and many countries, and I’ve had Mcdonalds in quite a few of these places. The Mcdonalds in Millington, TN is the worst that I have ever been to. You can expect 20 minute waits for incorrect and poorly prepared meals, and generally poor service. Whoever owns this place… you should fire nearly everyone and just start fresh. I hate saying things like this, because I don’t want to mess with anyone’s life, but most of the employees here could not possibly give less of a shit.

Beautiful young lady. I think that she was a manager who helped me with my curbside order that wouldn't work but she fixed it and made it right.

This place is awful. I try not to go to McDonalds, but my daughter wanted a happy meal. We ordered her a Cheese Burger Happy meal with the meat on the side. Simple - We have ordered this before at several locations. The guy took the order said that wasn’t an issue. So when we got the order we got a happy meal with a piece of meat, a little mustard, 2 pickles and a piece of cheese on a plate. No BUN. I had to park and go in and the manager was the rudest person and acted like she didn’t want to fix the order. When I asked her for a bun and told her the meat should have been on the side she was very rude. She brought a bun back with a nickle size spot of mustard and 1 pickle. There is a reason this location has terrible reviews. Its really not hard to figure out why Chik-fil-A has does well. its about the service and how you treat customers.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Waited 45 minutes for our one meal order with only 2 cars in front of us. Lobby doors were locked (it was 8pm on a Friday night). Staff was rude and the milkshake was like water! Have posted this on our local community page as well! We are extremely upset!!

Had lunch there today for the LAST time. I was charged $1.59 plus tax for a cup of water ! I asked the manager why and she said she would have given me a "child's cup" for free. I asked her to change my order and she said she couldn't because McDonalds makes the "Rules" and she only works there. It took almost 15 minutes to get our dine in order even though we were alone waiting on our now Cold food. Crappy food, rude people. I will never go there again.

this is probably the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been too. the drive thru takes forever, you can’t do curbside because they won’t come and give you your food, and to top it of one of the workers punched my boyfriends mom in the face and threatened to hurt his younger brother but still somehow manages to keep her job. unprofessional as hell

The service at this location has declined tremendously over the last few years. From now on, I will literally drive to Munford or Bartlett for better service and food quality.
To start off, they got my order wrong. All of the food was cold, even though I had just received it. My drinks were incorrect, and the ones they gave me were flat anyway. We chose to dine in because we thought it would be faster, especially since both drive-thru lines were wrapped around the building, yet, both lines cleared out completely before we even got our food. We waited a total of about 45 minutes before finally getting our food.
This was just a reminder of why we stopped coming here in the first place.

Got to the drive-through at 5:03 AM, and waited for 10 minutes with no answer at the 24 hour drive-through. Drove around and saw to employees walking around inside.
Went back to drive-through and had to wait another 10 minutes, between the one person ahead of me and being told that they will be right with me.
Afterwards, another five minutes at the window…
It should not take a half hour, at five in the morning, to get food at A McDonald’s that does not have hardly anybody else in line.
If anything, other than crystals, had been open… That is where I would go!
PS Food quality is the regular McDonald’s food quality so cant really knock any body for that

The lack of condiments made the burgers blan. The fries were old and Luke warm. It could just be the time of day, but they should always have a fresh supply of fries, I'd imagine. This wasn't just one experience. It was all 3 times I visited this location in the past month.
