Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I DoorDash and every other McDonald’s around here is quick but at this place whether I’m door dashing or ordering for myself I’m constantly waiting. I consistently have to wait 30+ minutes for an order to the point where I don’t even accept orders that take me to this location. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that almost everyone there is rude and does not give customers respect, especially at night.

Horrible place. Lazy and rude. The big fat black night manager refused to serve me. I waited 5 mins at the speaker and no one answered to take my order so I drove around to the window. I was told to drive back around. Just a bunch of lazy people that dont want to do their job.

Sat in the line for 15 minutes while on lunch, the line never moved so it works great as a diet option.
Employee was screaming over the speaker, arguing with other employees while trying to take my order. When I pulled around through the drive-through, I pulled to the first window and sat there almost ten minutes while she played on her phone. As the line moved, I was under the impression that I was gonna pay at the second window.Since the employee never addressed me, she just sat there and played on her phone. I went to the second window.I was gonna pay at the second window. She opened the first window and started screaming at me that I needed to pay back there after she decided to wait on me after I had moved five cars up thu the driver Thu. I had to walk back to the first window and pay for my food and she made the statement that if I didn't pay for my food, I wasn't gonna get my food when she never even acknowledged me.Sitting at the window.

I have been to 47 states and many countries, and I’ve had Mcdonalds in quite a few of these places. The Mcdonalds in Millington, TN is the worst that I have ever been to. You can expect 20 minute waits for incorrect and poorly prepared meals, and generally poor service. Whoever owns this place… you should fire nearly everyone and just start fresh. I hate saying things like this, because I don’t want to mess with anyone’s life, but most of the employees here could not possibly give less of a shit.

Beautiful young lady. I think that she was a manager who helped me with my curbside order that wouldn't work but she fixed it and made it right.

This place is awful. I try not to go to McDonalds, but my daughter wanted a happy meal. We ordered her a Cheese Burger Happy meal with the meat on the side. Simple - We have ordered this before at several locations. The guy took the order said that wasn’t an issue. So when we got the order we got a happy meal with a piece of meat, a little mustard, 2 pickles and a piece of cheese on a plate. No BUN. I had to park and go in and the manager was the rudest person and acted like she didn’t want to fix the order. When I asked her for a bun and told her the meat should have been on the side she was very rude. She brought a bun back with a nickle size spot of mustard and 1 pickle. There is a reason this location has terrible reviews. Its really not hard to figure out why Chik-fil-A has does well. its about the service and how you treat customers.
