I’ve tried to order food from this place 5 times in the last week. I’ve gone through the drive in, tried to go inside, called in, doordashed and every time I can’t get my food.

The same girl is at the drive in every time and the first time she said they have no chicken sandwiches. The next time she said she was out of chicken. And the other three times she either didn’t have what we wanted or told us they were only taking online orders and call ins…..so we tried to order Uber eats…STILL…never got our food.
There’s a lot of people that really want Popeyes to succeed in the area. Y’all cook in beef tallow and that’s valuable to an area that cooks in nothing but seed oils.

Just FIRE these people. Especially the rude girl at night. They are just sitting on your clock and not taking orders at all.

You might as well shut down and start over with a new crew. I’m a business owner in the area and I have a stack full of young applicants from the Tipton county area that would love to work there as a first job.

Take CONTROL….I want a SAMMICH!

Worst Popeye’s I’ve experienced so far. Dirty tables. Stood at the counter for 15 mins before I even got acknowledged. Ordered a head of time, still waited for my order when I arrived. Chicken was sooooo dry! This establishment needs a change of management.

Rude attitude over the microphone. Had to wait about 20 minutes for the food to be brought out. Only received half of my 12 peice wings and the sides was left off all three orders.

The owner of this restaurant location needs to just close this place down. We went three times in the last two weeks and they were either closed or had no chicken. Then tonight we go to try one more time, and the employees were acting like straight up children. As we pulled to the window three employees came running from the back and went out the door to the dining room chasing each other or something. They then messed our order up so bad, it was inexcusable. Over $45.00 dollars for a meal that is not even what we ordered and no one will even pick up the phone there to speak to a manager...or at least someone in charge. My goal tomorrow is to touch base with someone at a higher corporate level.

Customer service was decent but I bought 2big box 1 big box tenders 2 strawberry cheesecake pies 2med lemonade strawberry only thing was good was the mashed potatoes & pies chicken was dried out Popeyes please do better

Take out....Although I really like the taste of the food, my order of wrong often and I live too far away to go back and complain. I will not go there again.

Here’s my first and last experience with this Popeyes

We placed a mobile order
We drive to the Popeyes

We get to the window and say we have a mobile order and get no response

The lady welcomes us again, we explain we have a mobile order again, we get yelled at “she told yall to come around”

We pull around to a car still ahead of us, talking with the window lady for a minute while getting their food, it’s now our turn

We get to the window, get our food with a half-*** attitude, say “thank you” and have the window shut with no response.

Insane, disgusting, vile behavior from lazy, negative workers.

Never in my life have heard of a fast food place that tells you it will be a 30 min wait because we are doing a shift change at 4:00pm. Then, the last time I came they were out of fries, red beans & rice, and mashed potatoes this is the worst Popeyes I’ve been too!!!!!

Closed dining room supposedly due to employee shortage. Not able to eat here my trucks too big. It would be nice if they had a sign but they don’t. We had to google why and a man in the drive thru said none around here have open dining rooms near Walmart. My glance at the trailer park next to Walmart and how a fence area has been taken down gives the impression of loitering.

System was down ordered online payed up charge for frozen lemonade no frozen lemonade no fries no honey and no utensils after all that. Then after getting home the strawberry fanta I had no choice in was flat. I absolutely tried my best to work with the girls there but its seemed to me since your system was down they were down like making fries. Imma say this glad wing stop is coming!!!!
