Annie is THE absolute best. Came in this morning to pick up a mobile order and not only was the drive thru busy but it was packed inside. She was communicating with all the customer while worker her area. And when she was caught up she moved to the next station that was behind and helped! Amazing customer service!!! And the drink she made me what delicious.

Dont order from here if you want a decent order or your moneys worth. Yes, everyone expects the expensive side of going to starbucks. But this place is ridiculous. Sandwhich was only bread and chocolate croissant was still frozen. But it was supposedly warmed up.

Ordered a drink earlier this morning the drink was made wrong, I saved the drink, receipt AND drive 15 minutes back for them to tell me they don’t do refunds. Kirby was very rude. I am a partner and my experience was well below standard.

I leave home at 6pm. I place my online pickup order at 6:02. I stay 20 minutes away, with traffic 20-25 minutes. I get to the store and go to the pick-up area and guess what, no drinks are there. I know they sometimes keep them behind the counter, so I ask the 3 workers who are sitting there in full conversation if my drinks are ready. They state no and say they had a rush. I say well yall have been standing there in a circle conversing since before I walked into the restaurant. They then proceed to make the drink after causing me to run behind because their "rush aka conversation" was more important than doing their jobs, which seems to be a trend. This isn't the first time it has happened at this location either. N though I know nothing will be done, I am in my "writing reviews and calling corporate phase of life," so everytime I come to your establishment and the service is poor, expect a little ole negative review.

Not towards the workers or service, but with the amount of business that this Starbucks gets since there’s no other Starbucks north beyond Millington or Tipton County, The parking lot is absolutely terrible when it’s busy, The line goes all the way around the building, blocking all the parking spaces, you would think that it would eventually leave the plaza and just turn into a standalone restaurant with a larger parking lot

Oh my goodness! Great job on remodeling this Starbucks! I love this place because the coffee is awesome and the baristas are amazing! They greet you coming and greet you going!
