Annie is THE absolute best. Came in this morning to pick up a mobile order and not only was the drive thru busy but it was packed inside. She was communicating with all the customer while worker her area. And when she was caught up she moved to the next station that was behind and helped! Amazing customer service!!! And the drink she made me what delicious.
Not towards the workers or service, but with the amount of business that this Starbucks gets since there’s no other Starbucks north beyond Millington or Tipton County, The parking lot is absolutely terrible when it’s busy, The line goes all the way around the building, blocking all the parking spaces, you would think that it would eventually leave the plaza and just turn into a standalone restaurant with a larger parking lot
I have been to hundreds of Starbucks, but this one is my favorite. I just moved to this town from Memphis area so I’ve been to a ton of locations in the surrounding area. This location beats any Starbucks I have been to by far! The customer service is FANTASTIC. They are all so nice, know how to make a good drink, and they just put me in such a good mood. I just got a drink from a different location and I was disappointed by the drink and the service which led me to think of...
