#75, girl with orange braids, has a sour look on her face as we walked in. I understand we did go in 30 minutes before closing, but that does not mean look at us with a sour look and when we tell you our order to say, "Is that all of the sandwiches?". We only ordered 2 sandwiches, and she was rude to us, didn't say hi, was more concerned about whatever was on her phone behind the little wall they have versus doing her job.

I’ve had about enough of this place. The younger employees have an attitude, they don’t keep their condiments in bottles, and apparently now they don’t accept Subway coupons. Management needs to get their heads out of their ASSES, whip their employees into shape, and hold themselves to higher standards.

You walk in and NONE of the three employees will greet you. They look at you, then keep talking to each other. When they decide to talk to you it’s an emotionless “what can I get you?” If yall need me to come train your staff to run a successful business, let me know. Because this ain’t it! Who you hire will either drive business or push business away. You decide.

The most horrific experience here. The subway at 8021 US Hwy 51 north. At 8:12 p.m. Sunday evening I placed my order. There was a lady there that conducted the transaction. She was a lighter skin lady with braids. She had a extremely evil look on her face. Although I handed her the (my) money, she threw my back. My five dollar bill landed at the edge of the counter and my two dollar bills landed on top the tip jar. This is the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

If I can give this location less than one star I would. I went in around 3:45 on a Sunday. 3 girls were working. One was on cell phone. All were really rude and laughing at this lady and her son (appeared to have a disability). They kept laughing and taking really disrespectful to the woman. I started fixing my sandwich before I realized what was going on and then I told the girl not to worry about it. I will be calling management in the morning to voice my frustration even more.They weren’t paying attention and charged the lady. And refused to give her the food. She asked the lady to pay again. They continued laughing and saying rude things to this lady.This needs to be corrected asap. I walked out and wouldn’t dare give my money to an establishment that supports this behavior. I’m disgusted.Do Not Recommend.
