They didn’t toast my sandwich nor did they ask and I’m very upset so I just left and threw it out on the hwy!!!!!!!!! And went to a better subway…just close this one down

When I put in the instructions, toast it more, it’s because every time I order a sandwich it isn’t toasted at all, so when I give direct instructions to actually get it cooked a little BUT YALL STILL GIVE ME A RAW SANDWICH? Keep on wondering where y’all’s tips are at / that first time was a while ago and this time I just put in a mobile order it took the money off my card and they didn’t try to resolve the issue at hand at all, they can barley understand me when I am speaking English which isnt a problem but come on now IF U CANT UNDERSTAND THE COSTUMER HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO HELP THEM.

I come bc it's the closet to work. Everytime they are changing their policy. they don't take coupons but It was sent in the mail, they don't have items on the menu when I am looking right at it. They tried to charge me full price for a "mini" when it's on the menu . The lady just looks at me and says, "we don't do that".... then take it off the menu.... I just really needed that coupon today

Worst subway I have ever been to. They charge the price of a soft drink for a water. They didn't have the tortilla for a wrap, so they gave me a flat bread and charged me extra anyway. On top of that the person working did not care in the least. Better to go hungry.

Lady working complained about me making a mobile order right before coming in. I said I'm on the way to work and wanted to use an app deal. she said there's usually only one person working. I said it's basically the same thing as me coming on and ordering. when adding veggies she asked herself if that was everything and after a 0.1 second glance at the receipt she said, "I guess so" and wrapped it up, missing a topping.
I did a mobile order like I’ve been doing ever since they started doing mobile ordering. I’ve been a long standing customer with Subway for 15+ years. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten bad sandwich’s . I purchased two of the same sandwiches, and didn’t receive the majority of the vegetables on the sandwich. I have ALWAYS been satisfied with subway, always. But this subway in specific was down right gross. The sandwich’s have never been this sloppy. As you can tell from the receipt I uploaded, I asked for extra on a few. Some of those I didn’t even get at all. And then what vegetables were on it didn’t seem like enough as I would always get.No Green Bell Peppers. No banana peppers. No pickles. No parmesan cheese. Barely any lettuce. Barely any onions. Barely any ranch. Plenty of black olives, cucumbers, and spinach but that was it. I highly doubt I’ll ever be returning to this Subway ever again.And when I called into the store, the lady told me to go all the way back up there to have them remade again, and I told her that I lived to far out, and she told me that’s way out depth, or I’m out of my depth.. something like that. Little did she know, I pass by that subway every time I go to and from work. So I stopped by there coming home from work. She should’ve did it right the first time. I shouldn’t have to go back. The lady’s name that was working there is Carrie, I believe.Would you eat this?

The place is fine. The manager is the absolute worst manager I have ever seen. She mocked people who were there to order lunch. She has absolutely no concept of customer service. Her attitude is the worst. I realize you have a hard time hiring people but you need to get her out of your store. Realize , all I did was order a sandwich and this is what I observed. I am a regular please remove her.

Service was poor, saw an employee take some sort of pills while they were standing near the counter, the meatballs were cold in the middle, and an employee approached me in the parking lot to lecture me on etiquette because of some trash I threw

Poorest customer service experience ever. I visit this location at least twice a week. I bought some cookies bit into one while still at the register. Realizing they were over baked I requested an exchange for two of them. The two black employees a male and a female refused to exchange them for me. An argument followed and the police were called. They refused to allow me to speak with the manager or owner. I eventually got the owners number and gave him a call. I left him a voice male. Its been 3 days and he has not returned my call. Those employees are obviously a reflection of the management and ownership. If you care about the quality of your food and customer service avoid this place at all cost. Thanks

Young AA male workers ng today at 1245 is the the worst. Disrespectful, attitude, n thinks he tough saying he runs the show lol calm down little hommie. He jokes inappropriately and is upset because those of us in line just want out food and go. He's gota go. Multiple people walked out after his rude and disrespectful comments. N if you reading this yes I'm the guy that asked for tune. U scare no one u continue with your sandwich making ventures. God bless ya.
