Went thru dive thru got order fast but was incomplete. I ordered 2 supreme luxe boxes and a Mexican pizza.. when I got home only had 2 tacos 2 burritos and a Mexican pizza and chips
Not even the correct order. Hideous service.

That was the 2cd time I ordered the 12pack od Cinnabon from this place and never received them and I call the place for 2 days to tell them and there was no answer I work 12hrs a day I went there and because I couldn't find my receipt all they said was sorry 14$ spent on 1 thing and never got them is wrong.

So my husband and I walk in , and when we look up from entering the store , managers are screaming at each other , the dt line was wrapped around twice over , lobby is full of ppl complaining about how they’ve waited 30-45 minutes for their food to be handed out , the food is good , but yal need to work better on your staff and ESPECIALLY the managers, the simple fact that practically the whole line and front counter was management and they could not get it together! Cops were called because a customer was sitting in the counter; he had been waiting a whole hour simply bc yals managers couldn’t figure out who was cooking the food.The young lady with short black hair and glasses was asked TWICE by a customer for a refund , the lady stood there for45 min just for a refund because the short haired manager refused to do it.THE ONLY GOOD EMPLOYEE YAL HAD IN THAT STORE WAS A YOUNG LADY NAMED DESTINY. she had to make each customers in lobby ; their order BY HERSELF with no help! That’s sad she got her stuff together and worked thru all the drama and bullshit and still came out looking like the best manager there! , the girl deserves a raise and a good high five for not loosing her cool with customers and making the food for the lobby customers. I’m in management and never in my life have I seen so much crap behind the counter that I seen and experienced, not have a waited a hour and a half for my food. The only reason I’m giving three stars is for the fact that destiny did her job well!!THANK YOU DESTINY!! Get it together Taco Bell!! It’s shameful!

This Taco Bell is the eye sore of Millington, TN. Went for lunch today, spent almost $25 on cold food that was made as if it was my 4 year old back there preparing food, and honestly, he’d probably do a better job.
We were missing a few items, and the items we did get, I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Let’s start with the biggest issue: The Mexican Pizzas were made with hard, stale tostada shells. There were no tomatoes and no sauce on them. They were disgusting and completely inedible.
I ordered a hard shell taco with the supreme luxe box, and received a soft shell taco and it didn’t have lettuce on it. My chalupa had no meat on it, just lettuce and cheese. Not sure if the employee possibly just smoked a little too much of that “gas / loud / good good” on their break and just added the lettuce for my taco to my chalupa and forgot the meat. While forgetting the meat is bad enough, I was super irritated to not even receive the 5 layer burrito at all, which basically meant the ONLY items I was able to eat from this box were the stale chips and cold cheese dip and my lettuce-less soft taco I didn’t order. Either way, for $7, I’d expect to at least get what I ordered.
I’ve been eating at Taco Bell for the better half of 30 years and never in my life have I had this much of a consistent issue with a fast food restaurant. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I go or who is working, it is always garbage. Please do the City of Millington a huge favor and close down this Taco Bell or at least find employees who give a damn.

Many times in the middle of the day during 2024 dining room is locked.
Today it is the third week of Feb 2025 12:15PM DOORS ARE LOCKED . DRIVE THRU IS BACKED UP PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO GET IN AND THEN THEY ARE DRIVING AWAY

Placed an online order that took forever and was missing items when I got it. I tried to call the restaurant and they never answered the phone. I returned to the restaurant to tell them about the experience. It was treated very poorly.

The doors were locked at like 7:40-8:00 pm-ish. Employees were playing and fighting in dining room.

Went to get a chalupa the fryers were broken. Not wanting anything else, I decided to just drive through and let the worker know. The drive-thru is a single lane with a curb, so I was stuck until the one customer before me was helped. That customer took 5-10 minutes to be served. So I was stuck, with no food, or food ordered and a broken restaurant while hangry.

Loaded beef nachos had NO nacho cheese on it. The new cheesy dipping burritos were way smaller than the picture made them to be. None of it was really hot. Also 1st person dine-in and it took 15 mins, 2 people behind me took 30-25mins

Where to start . Jamia H for one did not want to be apart from his phone he was picking it up every chance he got. My food was put in a small bag and i had a Mexican pizza. It was in the bag side ways. I asked him why he just said yes and closed the window. Plus he needs to find a belt for work. Pants are not supposed to be sagging in that type of job. Really disappointed, I ordered online and customized my food. Nothing I added/changed about my order was done correctly. I was asked to pull to the back of the line because they were "waiting on the fries" yet the fries were not remotely fresh. They asked if I wanted anything other than Pepsi because they were out of Pepsi, so I asked for sweet tea. I was given unsweetened tea. Plus no straws for drinks?

Worst taco bell ever. We try to give them more chances but we are always missing half of our food. The part we received is saggy and nasty. We will not be back. They need to hire people who actually care about the customers.
