The whole night crew is on video on my phone e outside smoking weed with food gloves still on their hands when we went i side to order nobody was inside, they said order on the machine the ones in the kitchen was mad and cussing bc the other workers stay outside smoking and doing whatever riding the clock. Wasn't able to get food also didnt want it after we seen and heard them talking, very low class and no home training employees. Taco bell clean house bc your employees got it looking like a drive thru trap house,. Just sad. Smoking and making out in front of customers. Smh

Just left there. I asked for a Mexican pizza. They said they had no beef so I asked for chicken. They served me two hard shells with chicken and beans in the middle and shredded cheese melted on the top shell. Look what these folks gave me. Oh and I asked for creamy Chipotle and never got it. One more thing...didn't get a receipt because they were out of paper. Taco bell about be trash like IHOP!

Every time I go to this location, they are shut down in the middle of the day with no explanation as to why. I’ve gotten to where I rarely go to this location because of that, and again today I go and they are not so surprisingly closed again. What keeps happening that requires the store to shut down?

Ordered online and waited 25 minutes in the drive though when I was the ONLY PERSON HERE. After 25 minutes I pulled back around and the lady said we've been trying to change the Pepsi machine. Never got my food because I had to go back to work. Now im pissed off and hungry and have to go back later for my food or a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time just ask if I want a different drink.

Me and my gf had an online order and they didn't even give us some of our food item, we didn't get our cinnamon twist and the cheesy gordita cruch we ordered was swapped for something else that was completely off, they couldve atleast told us that they didn't have it and offer for us to pick something else. My specialty taco that I was hoping to try has sour cream and tomatoes on it when i customized it to exclude those. All of our tacos and burritos were falling apart and soggy to the point where i am scooping up the meat lettacuse and cheese with my hands to eat it. The only things that were right were my two spicy potatoes craving taco that I ordered. I use to like taco bell and now everytime I go there something is wrong.
I can't tell you that I have been there and had a bad experience. Every time that I have gone there I've had a great experience, the staff is exceptionally attentive to detail. They make the meals very well, they spend time with it, they have you in mind. There is not another Taco Bell that I would ever visit except for this one.

So the Taco Bell in Millington is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every time I've been there there are issues. How does a Taco Bell run out of beans? The only way that happens is if management is not paying attention and that seems to be the common denominator at this particular store. There's always something management related where they fall really short near impossible to order at the menu kiosk because it making so much noise you can't hear the person speaking to you
