Inconsistent! Just arrived at Millington location and was told by a staff member that they aren't opening until 2pm. He didn't even put a sign on the door.
This place isn't the same after it change ownership. Order a large fried okra and they were salty and soggy has hell this place need to understand people don't like salty food it will surely will run a people blood pressure sky high. That was my last visit.
The Millington, TN store is absolutely disgusting - it’s dirty. I don’t think the floors have been mopped in weeks. Gross. I’ll never go there again.
We're in town for the weekend and happened to pass by & decided to order dinner. We walked in the floor was extremely dirty & sticky. We ordered lemon pepper wings dry, 1 seasoned fry & 1 regular. We made it back to the base and the regular fry was missing. The lemon pepper dry wings were extremely salty & fried so hard. If a person has high blood pressure they cannot eat those wings. They were horrible. The salt in your lemon pepper seasoning is unbearable. Please look at making changes. Try Buffalo wild wings & that will give you understanding on how lemon pepper is supposed to taste. The young man that took our order was very nice. The food was definitely a 1. That was our 1st and last visit.
The wings were fried a bit hard and the prices .... whewwww very pricey. The fries were not cooked fully.
Me and my husband went here today for his birthday and the service and food is absolutely amazing! The staff have just a positive attitude and are so kind! If you are looking for a good wing spot the wing guru is definitely the place to go!!
Great food and service!
Called to place an order and was told they were closed. Their hours on several platforms said otherwise. I would’ve expected better customer service and w display pf hours from a local chain.
The wait time for food is absolutely atrocious. Food is good but in this case it is not worth that long of a wait. Put up a help wanted sign or something.
I ate here for a late afternoon meal and the food was great, the service wasn't bad. The atmosphere was pretty standard and a bit drab. The prices were on the higher end, I paid $24 for 5 whole wings, seasoned fries and a drink. I was the only person there. The floor was in serious need of a good mopping, other that that it was a good experience. I would get their wings and fries again.

Today was the last straw. I ordered takeout through there website/Uber eats and order and paid for food. When my husband went to pickup the food he was told they don't do online orders and was rude about it, said i should try to get my money back. I just wanted there delicious wings. I love there food but there service is why I would not eat there.

I love this wing place to eat at
Rip off. Soggy wings. They sell you plain wings for too much money then you have to pay an extra .99 just for flavor. Lemon pepper flavor was off. After reading many other reviews like mine, I doubt they'll be open much longer. I'd rather use the extra money on gas and drive to Chings or Crumpys for good wings.
