This is the best location I've been to in a while. The burgers were really well seasoned. Everything was fresh and hot. The staff was very kind.

The place is cleaner from last review except some tables but the guy at the counter was very nice and my order was correct. The stars are for the increase in prices and the decrease in amount of food is poor. My fries fit in my palm and not spectacular at all. The beans and the banana pudding come in a tiny styrofoam container for a taste test I think. I’m a thin person and this wouldn’t fill me up. Every other bite is crap pulled brisket as well and NO slaw!?!? Like WTH is wrong here?

Ordered a brisket plate. The box came with chopped brisket instead of sliced brisket and a bun. I got two sides with it. I could’ve spent half the money and gotten a brisket sandwich with a side and would’ve gotten the same meal for half the price.

For the $35 dollars I paid I would expect to have fresh chips in my nachos not stale week old. Very disappointed.

To the person complaining about slaw on the sandwich, are you even southern? It's absolutely 100% normal for BBQ restaurants to put slaw on the sandwich and it's good like that. Weirdddd Okay so my review is that I was the only person in line, and I made a very simple order. A combo with a sandwich, fries, and drink. I'm asked to pull forward, which is weird because no one ever pulls up behind me? Anyway the lady brings my food, and is like so you ordered the combo with the coke? I said yes, she said okay and went back in. NEVER came back out with my drink, and never said thank you. Why don't fast food workers EVER say thank you anymore? I was no longer at the window, so I was just awkwardly sitting there for several minutes waiting on my drink which never came. I know some people would probably go back for it, but you never know what people will do to your food when you complain these days. Anyway, no salt on fries. Sandwich carelessly made upside down. Something off about the slaw. Maybe they used miracle whip or put onions in it or something. Whole experience was pretty subpar to mid. My family owned a hole in the wall BBQ restaurant most of my life growing up and I know good BBQ. This BBQ is not.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. they do not care about their worker’s whatsoever. they have them going to work in snow storms, tornados ALL OF THE ABOVE. their workers are very rude as well.

Ordered a pint of beans with a six pack and a pint of Mac n cheese. Did not get the beans and when I got home thirty minutes later, saw the beans were missing. Tried to call the store to see if someone else in the family could pick them up on their way home but could only leave a message that I’m sure no one listened to cause 30 min later, they still haven’t called back. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR IRDER BEFORE PULLING AWAY.

Visited on 1/17 around 8 pm. 2 meals a nacho and an extra side of queso around $45.
I had to go back inside after going thru the drive thru for a missing side of queso. I was ignored standing at the register for a few mins and then was told “they know they made it” and once I repeated that I did not have it they decided to give it to me bc it’s “just queso”.
Back and forth banter assuming I am a liar instead of helping the guest is poor customer service.
I am a restaurant General Manager myself and would use this as a teaching moment.
