I usually go through the drive through, but I went inside today. They were so friendly. The place was so so clean. I have never been in a restaurant or even a Starbucks that was this clean, good job, everybody keep it it up. Definitely will return .

The manager was extremely rude. I asked if they put ice in their smoothies not knowing because I’ve never been there before and she said, “ uuhh yah that’s how you make a smoothie” in a very rude tone. She made other smart remarks as well. Will never be going back there again.

Placing my order this young lady was rude. As I was placing my order she was making my order and when I asked to repeat my order the clerk forgot to add ginger and this young lady states aloud “ we can’t remake it.” I asked to speak to management and again rudely she says “ she gonna tell you the same thing..” at this point I’m and frustrated and beyond pissed. Now you want to assume what I would like to speak to the manager about. Despite her nasty attitude, the manager on duty was nice and refunded my money with no issues. The nasty attitude of this lady made the food nasty. I will not be spending my hard earned money here. Go work at McDonalds little girl.

Treated us horribly. Waited in the drive thru for 5-8 minutes (only ones in the line) without a word being spoken to us. Then they handed it to us, and the order was wrong. I went in and said I said no to this and that, and the manager (pretty sure it was a manger) told me they don’t do refunds and that I didn’t make it clear. I told them that I did make it clear, and I explained my order twice (once at the intercom and once at the window). They did remake it but the manager thought she was out of my view but wasn’t and made a mocking expression and rolled her eyes. Poor service. Everyone on the night shift on 6/26 other than the guy who remade it for me needs to be fired. Lost me as a customer.
