Smoothies are decent but extremely overpriced. The staff is more often than not rude and slow despite no visible customers inside. They offer a rewards program, but the points expire quickly. Overall I’ve maybe had one good experience there out of about 10.

This is now one of my absolute favorite places for a sweet drink! I can honestly say I would choose it over Starbucks in regards to something sweet! The crew is quick and super friendly! They have an amazing selection of food as well as smoothies! I 100% recommend giving it a try!Kid-friendliness: Offered to get my little a drink, not a lot of places pay mind to the babies!

The Tropical Smoothie app makes it extremely easy to order. It also allows you to get in and out quickly. I have never had a problem with getting my smoothie. I usually start my order before I leave my house and it's ready by the time I get to the café. All the employees are super sweet and always greet you when you walk in. Highly recommend this location.
