TLDR; Small for a waffle house, but there is a line of people waiting, so it must be good.
Food: Got eggs, hashbrowns, a waffle, and bacon. The waffle came out near the end of my meal, so it didn't sit and get cold. It was SO hot and delicious. The eggs and bacon were perfect. The hashbrowns were also perfect. Despite being so busy, my coffee never got empty.
Service: Our server was very polite and quick. She checked on us regularly but not so much that it was annoying.
Atmosphere: It was a clean restaurant. They had a ton of people behind the counter. Tables were either full or clean as soon as customers got up. The restrooms were clean.
I fully intend to go here very often.

Usually this Waffle house is pretty good, but this morning my food was just not right. I paid nearly $13 for my food alone. My eggs, were hard, my grits had hard pieces in them, and I was missing my meat entirely. I couldn't take it back because my patient's started coming into the office. Called up to the restaurant to speak with someone about it, but the way their phone is setup, you can't speak to anyone.

We have been wanting to try this new Waffle House since they opened. We tried it this morning. I’m not one to leave reviews on the internet but it was by far the worst food I’ve ever tasted. I lost my appetite real quick when I seen how undercooked everything was. The bacon tasted like charcoal and so did the biscuit. The staff was not professional at all. Someone asked for drinks at the table next to us and the lady told them no straight up?. I see them closing down in the near future once the hype is gone.

I'm a big fan of the diner aspect. Fresh food made right in front of you. I'd try everything at least once. The breakfast is the star though

I have been impressed with the Waffle House since it opened impressed Millington a few weeks ago. The staff is very friendly, professional and fast. The staff kept everything very clean, the food was fresh, and cooked to perfection on my orders. It is great to see a restaurant staff that displays a great work ethic while giving great service with sincere friendly interaction with all the customers. It is rarely seen today in many businesses. I'm very impressed to see a chain restaurant continue to maintain high standards and services throughout their chain of numerous restaurant across the country. I'm glad to have them in our town and look forward to many years of enjoying their great food. Five Stars all around! ????? H.T.

Worst experience ever had to wait on a table to be cleaned before we could sit then we waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came to our table to see if we wanted anything to drink or anything to eat so we got up and left there is no acknowledgment no nothing no welcoming nothing worst place ever we will never go back there

I have never had a waffle house experience as bad as this one. To start I ordered a sweet tea with lemon, didn't get the lemon and the tea was sour from sitting out too long. Waitress only came around when she absolutely had to. She took our order and when we got our order it wasn't complete. I order cheese and ham in my grits and they were plain, also we were missing an order of bacon an order of sausage, and a waffle. We got the bacon and waffle pretty quick, but by the time I got the sausage my food was pretty much gone and it was overcooked. Asked for extra butter for my grits never got it. And the cheese wasn't even melted in my eggs. I understand that they were busy but that is not an excuse for poor service l, and a customer should never have to ask for utensils, especially when it's waffle house policy to provide those upon seating.
