Showed up at 10 on Sunday morning with my 2 sons and we were trying to eat and make it to church on time. We stood at the register for about 3 minutes as all the employees ignored us... We turned around and walked out. If you can't have SOMEBODY acknowledge the customer, you've got terrible management.
Today is 6/12/24. I came to this store to make an order and the line was wrapped around the building. I decided to come in and the manager that was in here had the nastiest attitude. Making statements saying he was about to lock the door because it’s so busy. I couldn’t get his name due to no name tag. He wasn’t pleasant at all. It’s 5:34pm so whatever manager on duty is the one I’m making.m reference too.

Bald guy at window not friendly at all. Rude about not having unsweetened tea. Didn't even put napkins in the bag. Made a face when I asked for my $ back for drink... I don't drink soda. He didn't have unsweetened t. Burrito sucked. Bunch of bfast fare pooped out on a tortilla barely even wrapped.

Once is a fluke, but twice, now three times. I have cheated myself enough and can't go back here, they have failed to put bacon on my sandwiches that have an uncharged bacon price and shame on me for giving them another chance. Today it was bacon AND tomato that they forgot, which are vital ingredients in the BLT Chicken sandwich!!!!
