Service was great and quick. Unfortunately our chicken sandwiches were old. That's why the service was so fast. Understand I love the spicy chicken sandwiches and I am willing to wait.

Based on my experiences at this location, I can no longer recommend purchasing food here. The quality is poor, and the meals often taste as if they've been cooked in old oil. Additionally, items are frequently missing from my orders, requiring me to return and complain. The food is also not served at a proper temperature. I suggest considering other dining options.

Whoever was working the window was rude. I ordered a meal and I felt like I had to prompt her ask the right questions on my order. I was annoyed enough to write a review on a fas food chain place. Just take your expectations for fast food service and lower it when you visit

The salads are horrible! The last 2 times I've gotten a salad they were mush. Like they've been sitting out of fridgerated space. Threw the last one away to yucky to eat. The one before that was salvagable but still not good.

A BIG SHOUTOUT! I told the cashier that I have not been to Wendy's in a long time. I asked him to tell the cooks to give me their best service, and they did. My sandwich was hot ans fresh. My fries were also (very good) hot and lightly salted. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service, it so sad because the fast food industry is an easy business to make money. I was waiting at the drive thru for a few minutes before the cashier said anything. Yal need to get your team together especially with different fast food establishments coming to Millington. This is poor service at its finest.

Can yall stop rushing and do your job? If someone ask for a certain thing on they burger that’s what they want not what you want to put, and stop double dropping fries they get hard n brown and greasy. I’m very disappointed.
