Sunday. I order 2 frosty a week ago Sunday. Door dash was suppose to bring it. I was charged. But nobody ever came with the ice cream. So about a hour and half later I went to Wendy's in Millington and they told me that the ice cream machine was down and I would have to contact door dash ,door dash said contact Wendy's I been back and forth for a week. So they can take money off my card but not bring me nothing. I not trusted them again

Good Ole Wendy's. What to even say about this place apart from the stale food and very cold demeanor from the staff. I've ordered from them a little over 10 times and I always hold out hope that someone may come along that actually cares about customer satisfaction. Sadly they don't. The food is god awful. I've had chicken nuggets before that were as hard as rocks on the ground, I've had wet burger buns, I've asked for condiments that I can clearly see they have behind them and they don't give them to you and the lazy, sorry Excuse for an attitude the workers there have. Hopefully people stop giving their money to this establishment specifically. Not all Wendys are like this but this one is TERRIBLE! Would not recommend anyone go here.

I just left the wendys in millington after ordering a #9 fries no salt and cheese only on the chicken sandwich. The little white lady with the colored eyes and dark hair gave me a stale burger that i didnt order. Not to mention she did not give any receipt at all. ?

Pretty mid as far as Wendy's goes. Service is passable though they could do to be a bit nicer. They don't ask if you'd like to order anything else, you order one meal and then they say "will that be all?" like they're in a rush to get me through the line. They also never say how much the total is until you get to the window so if I pay with cash I have to scramble to get the money from my wallet because I don't know in advance if I need a $10 or a $20.My food was undercooked, the fries were still somewhat raw and the same goes for the chicken in the spicy chicken sandwich. It's a common occurrence there, food not being cooked all the way. The rush to get people through the line seems to extend to the rush to keep product made.
