I have ordered on the app twice just to get there and the item is no longer available. Manager doesn't know how to handle it and have to wait weeks for refund from support. Don't order from this location.

Went early morning breakfast burger was good the lady at the window gave us the food I handed her the 20 and she was like what is this for. I was like the food yall havent taken my payment yet. Lol could of got free food that morning but I wasn't going to do that.

Waited 10 minuets at the drive through on a Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The FSW asked me to pull up. I asked how long before my order. She said soon. I said I want to know how long in minuets because I am thinking about asking for my money back. The FSW disappeared for 3-4 minutes and returned with my order. I drove off with no napkins, straws, 400 degree onion rings I made the mistake of trying(Payback is hell from FSW). I was lucky I had napkins in the glovebox. MANAGER ARE YOU LISTINING?.....

My fries were cold and hard. My pie was burnt, and when I say burnt I mean I couldn't even eat it, it was so hard. By the way, after you do your survey make sure that you keep your receipt because this location will require your receipt for your free Whataburger even though you buying a medium fry and medium drink. The location on Austin Pea and does not require that.
