I am very disappointed with my experience. I waited an extended period for my order and was repeatedly told that it was not ready, only to later discover that the food had been sitting there for approximately 45 minutes. Despite the delay being due to an internal oversight, the staff declined to remake the order.
This is my second visit, and unfortunately, my first experience was very similar. Consistency in service is important, and based on these repeated issues, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I don’t know who can’t count or read but I came in tonight and got a 6 piece meal but only got 4 pieces of chicken then alone with my order I got a 10 ALL drums that I paid for but got flats and drums, then to top it I asked for my chicken to be fried hard and the chicken wasn’t. Perhaps they need women to close so they can help the men out or just need a new crew at night..

1st time ordering there. Wings for my family’s Xmas get together. Spoke to a young lady a few days ahead, very pleasant and helpful. Placed my order Saturday 12/20 about 1:00 for 100 wing deal with fries, carrots celery and ranch(6 different flavors with different amounts of each) for a 6:15 pick up. Everything was ready but 2 of 4 fries. The order was exactly as ordered, the wings were great, the fries were best ever, they did not skimp on the carrots and celery. Super happy with order and service!! Will order there again

I tried to order over the phone but was told they don't take phone orders after a certain time because people don't show up to pay and collect.
I ordered a combo and didn't receive my fries. Strips were okay.

First time at Wingstop. Had the best experience in a long time at a restaurant. The young lady at the cash register (Jada) was awesome. Very polite and very helpful to assist us (picky teenager) we decided to stay inside to eat. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and the young man working (didn't get his name but he has a similar car to mine) was very friendly as well. Our food was delicious. We will be back

We called in an order early Sunday morning to get wings for football...from the lady I spoke to on the phone, to the perfectly seasoned and cooked wings...well done Millington, well done. Hands down better than wings I've had at BWW...no contest. See you next Sunday!!

Customer service is HORRIBLE- called in to make a Sunday order for family that wanted to try out the new establishment, lady who answered the phone was very rude. Forgot to put me on hold and made rude comments about me. Called back asked for a manager, she was even worse. I’d definitely take my money elsewhere. These attitudes at restaurants are ridiculous. By the way, when I asked for a manager she stated she is the general manager and her name is Akeela. The first rude representative didn’t give her name. I asked for an 800 number and she said they don’t have one.
