It took some time to get my order, and then I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh batch. When I received my cheesecake bites, they were lukewarm. Also, the workers do not wear hair nets or gloves on their hands.

Brought my whole family inside to dine in and we had such amazing customer service! The girls taking our order were so sweet, pleasant, and helpful! Very welcoming, clean, best Zaxbys location in the area!

My wife has a gluten intolerance and asked if they could drop her tenders without breading. Like everywhere else that serves chicken. Not an "I'm sorry, let me ask my manager." Just "no we don't serve those."

I was passing through city of Millington TN and stopped by to get a salad. Saw the advertisement for the "Beast Box". Decided to try it instead. It was very good. Chicken fingers were tender, crinkle fries and cheese bites were cooked just right. And it comes with a drink of your choice and two dipping sauces. Nice place to dine in. Beautiful building. I went to the drive-thru. Good courteous service. Would definitely purchase again.
