Came around noon on a Sunday, drive thru, and they kept the line steadily moving. Fastest service from any Zaxby's and my food was hot and fresh! 10/10 will come back

It took some time to get my order, and then I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh batch. When I received my cheesecake bites, they were lukewarm. Also, the workers do not wear hair nets or gloves on their hands.

Brought my whole family inside to dine in and we had such amazing customer service! The girls taking our order were so sweet, pleasant, and helpful! Very welcoming, clean, best Zaxbys location in the area!

My wife has a gluten intolerance and asked if they could drop her tenders without breading. Like everywhere else that serves chicken. Not an "I'm sorry, let me ask my manager." Just "no we don't serve those."
