I knew when I walked into Brazen Que I was going to like this place...inscribed on the wall was the phrase made famous by a great Pitmaster and friend...John Brotherton "Show up late...lose weight". At the cutting board I met Brock who made a great first impression for this business. Friendly, welcoming, and a solid cutter...he gave me a sample of the brisket and I was SOLD! I went with brisket, jalapeño sausage (note this is a mild version), turkey with Mac & Cheese and Mexican Street Corn as sides. The brisket is tender, moist, great bark, and solid flavor...this would give the BBQ joints in TX a run for their money! Loved the turkey and found out they use honey on it too; the combination of a peppery bark and the honey was a great match. This would be a treat of a bird for the holiday table. The sausage may lack kick BUT not flavor, nice texture, good cheddar and jalapeño flavors. The sides are solid, and you can't go wrong with either one. The Banana Pudding is deeeeelicious! I also got to meet Nick (owner and pitmaster) who had me try their bratwurst sausage...it is impressive. It can be difficult getting the sausage texture right and these were spot-on. Brock is their sausage chef and on the agenda for next month...think Southwestern egg roll flavors. Enjoyed talking BBQ with Nick and Brock...they are both very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. While this may be a 90-minute hike for me, the food and staff make it well worth the drive. I'll be back in June to try some of Brock's newest sausage creation! P.S. There is a good size pond behind the restaurant (Dillon Pond) and I always have fishing gear in my SUV...so you can have a great meal AND wet a line!!!”

“Always super fast service, like 15 to 20 minutes max even on busy nights! Staff is always super friendly. I always order through the app and the deals are absolutely the best especially compared to all the other local pizza places. I can feed a family of 4 for less than $25 and that includes sides and we still have leftovers!”

“Cleanest Subway I’ve been to. So festively decorated for Christmas. Coloring books and crayons out for the kids. All the welcoming touches you wouldn’t expect from a Subway.”

“This is probably the best Arby's I've been to! We're just passing through for my birthday/anniversary weekend. Birthaversary, if you will. I haven't been to an Arby's in quite a while because my local Arby's could NEVER be this great, but I was just really craving it. My husband and I ordered sandwiches without bread because we really just love their roast beef drowning in sauce.. Everyone made sure it was made the way we wanted and my cashier was the absolute NICEST person.
The food was on point, service was great and I perhaps rang the service bell too hard.. for that I am sorry. I was just having a good time 😬
I will say that I'm sad that I'll be craving Arby's again and be nowhere close to this establishment. Boo on you all for that.”
