Ethan greeted us with warmth and helpful guidance that made our visit feel incredibly welcoming. His shakes are honestly the best we’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and just the right balance of healthy.
We also sampled their iced coffee and teas — every drink was flavorful and thoughtfully crafted. The service was absolutely top-notch (A+ all the way)! We can’t wait to return on our next trip through Monteagle.

Just found the remedy for, “getting sleepy between NASHVILLE and Georgia.” Got the “Galaxy” flavored grape tea. Delicious! AND a shot of pre-workout on the side! Lol! I’m on fire!
