It has been such a relief to have an establishment that cares about your health, I always feel so much better and healthier after leaving. We were visiting from Naples, Florida, and Monteagle Nutrition truly blew us away — nothing like it exists back home! Ethan greeted us with warmth and helpful guidance that made our visit feel incredibly welcoming. His shakes are honestly the best we’ve ever had — rich, flavorful, and just the right balance of healthy.

Great experience. Owned and run by Ethan who is a very high energy and knowledgeable guy who knows everything nutrition smoothies, teas. Fun and interesting to talk to him. Good place to sit at his bar and have a smoothie.
