The food was OK actually had ice cream for once. Of course it’s cold so that makes sense. However, we got Boba straws that dropped my cherry from my red velvet shake on my purple Oodie. The shake did not taste like amaretto like the one I got in Manchester! The person who took our order keept cutting us off before we were done ordering. I was shocked at the amount of rude out of Monteagle setting they’ve always done well in the past.

At around 9pm on a Friday night we ordered 2 corn dogs, some tater tots some pretzels and drinks. Everything seemed like it was leftover from lunch and was inedible. The tots were bricks, and the corn dogs were burned on the outside and worse inside.

There is a general manager who was fired for sleeping in her car all day while on the clock. After her supervisor who fired her quit somehow they let her return and she still sleeps in her car all day. Your problem is the lack of professional supervision.

This was the WORST experience at any Sonic I have ever eaten at. I ordered online (just 2 burgers and 2 drinks). When I arrived, we waited for 20 minutes before I asked where my food was. I tried to buzz back in after 15 more minutes to say forget it, I'm leaving and I want a refund. No one answered. My wife went up to the window to get someones attention and the so called manager was rude as hell to her. We ultimately left and I called corporate. No resolution there either. I would never recommend the Monteagle Sonic to anyone!

Very few customers. Burgers came out with no tomatoes, not informed that they didn't have any until we called back inside and asked. Some of our burgers were incorrect and all were very overcooked. Taste was not good at all. Fries and tots were not hot. The strawberry lemonade was good.
We placed a very big order. Service was OK, workers seemed unhappy. Will definitely visit other places while in town.

A complete waste of 10 bucks. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a cherry limeade. No bacon on my burger. The burger tasted like it was made 4 hours ago. I couldn't finish it. I've never seen fries with so much grease. Couldn't eat them either. And the cherry limeade was jacked because the sprite was just carbonated water. No actual sprite in it. Couldn't finish it either. 3 items. All uneatable/drinkable.

Food is decent and is good for the most part. Service on the other hand is not up to par, have ordered 3 or 4 times from here for a simple drink and takes at least 30-40 minutes everytime for someone to bring me the drink. Would not recommend if your looking for a quick stop.
I live next door to a sonic in Murfreesboro Tennessee, and it's fabulous. I was driving to a doctor's appointment in Chattanooga, and stopped in Swanee at the Sonic. Big mistake, my cup had a small leak and it leaked in my cup holder, the burger was a sloppy mess, and the tater tots tasted like they sat under the heat lamp. The burger had mayo oozing out and the bun had grease stains. Luckily I had a Snickers in the car. 😥

Hard to describe! Workers did not seem well trained. The may have been new. Waited in the window line for such a long time. When it was my turn the person working the window walked away and never came back. So I drove around and got into a space. Put in my order. In about a minute another girl came out and gave me a bunch of stuff before I had a chance to tell her it wasn't my order. The lady next to me was getting all upset. The girl took the stuff and took it to the right person. However I had already had it in my car and had to handle it to give it back to the worker. After she left, a few minutes later my waitress came out with my stuff. The Cook was great at their job because everything was fixed perfect.
