Barley gives sauce and ask for payment when you want more the 1 sauce for a meal and when asked for a frozen coke says the machine doesn't work when we walk in to get more sauce the machine is working.

Food was COLD at 6:10 AM! The hash brown container was half full. Chicken biscuit was just warm. Not a single smiling face at this place. Threw the hash browns in the trash. Sure won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Not a fan of being charged for sauce after I've paid for a large meal. I've never been charged for sauce. Very inconvenient.
Yes , you heard it right. Absolutely terrible experience at this Burger King every single day I have went. And what’s sad, is I go to see if I can give them multiple chances to get it right because I do not complain about anything, but this is getting ridiculous and here’s why.
. First of all, they had no burger meat available — how does a burger place run out of burgers? On top of that, the customer service was awful. Every employee has a bad attitude, acting like helping customers is a burden. To make things worse, I witnessed a man behind the counter touching burger patties with his bare hands. No gloves, no hygiene standards — just completely unacceptable. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a joke. Even Taco Bell who is right next door that has TEENAGERS WORKING, can do better than grown adults.

I had to wait for the person taking my order to finish their conversation for almost 5 minutes to place my order, was dining in and food was bagged, had to clean my own table to have a place to sit. Only 2 other tables were being used.

From an earlier visit.... Customer service from these employees was filled with Tennessee charm. Everything was as it was ordered with no complaints. Fast and efficient service with hot products in the bag. Burger King is one of those places even though it's been around forever, has not really changed its overall format and niche in the fast food burger world... The flame broiled beef burger is what sets it apart from its competitors. Onion rings are exactly as they've always been. The new melts are like click bait because people just wait for them to come back on the menu now and then, such as the swiss mushroom melt. I stopped here on my way through hearing back south, no lines or waiting and in a good location right off Interstate 40. Good job folks.

Fast and excellent service. Their burgers are given the same treatment as if you were to see them on a commercial, seems almost criminal to eat them, that's how good they look and taste.
