Great foods all right if you don't mind waiting forever 50% of time to get it right 50% it's time to get it wrong definitely one of those places that closes at 11:30 at night when on Google it says they're open till 12:00 wouldn't mind if they closed it down and built a McDonald's

MUST READ... Everywhere we see oversized advertised food along our hwy for various restaurants. More times then not I've had to rearrange add or pull off something from the mess from every fast food restaurant. More then I've cared to waste my time on. The Burger King and my new place of residence here in Monterey Tn has paid attention to the advertising's. 10/28 12-1pm whoever put the Whopper(s) together you have done something I've never seen in 51 yrs in 22 states that's been handed out a window in a bag. That was the absolute best tasting, the right amount and all positioned neatly, the freshest and prettiest Whopper I've ever had wrapped in paper. No false visual advertising at The BK on the MT. BK corp needs the Monterey staff member whoever you are that I'm posting about do a video tutorial and have them show every person in this industry how to do it your way the right way. I enjoy posting reviews like this unfortunately I was so impressed with lunch I didn't think to snap a shot. However if you search Whopper w/cheese combo with chocolate shake that's a perfect comparison.. thanks BK in Monterey...

I would give them zero stars if I could I got a burger and onion rings thay give me one dipping sauce and I asked for one more and thay sead thay wood charge me for it I will never spend another dime at eney burger King again i can get by without burger king.

I frequent this burger king pretty regularly, and most of the time, it takes forever to receive your food. The people are usually nice. I went today for breakfast. I had a moble order under my wife's name. 15 minutes after receiving receipt from first window got food, but got pulled waited 10 min, I had my son with me so we left the car running and went in with the receipt. Went to the front counter where my son and I were informed that our food was handed out wrong and that they ran out of egg, so they had to make more to complete the order again.

In the afternoon I went there and they never attended to me, the girl who takes the orders was ignoring me and did not attend to me so I decided to return and go somewhere else where I was well attended to. What a lack of respect towards customers, one arrives at that place with the intention of eating and returning happy but on the contrary one returns dissatisfied. 🥱

We went there to get breakfast today and there was hair all in one of the biscuits. Had to throw all the food away which we spent 14 dollars on will not be going back!!
Was in this Burger King this day with children and grandparents arrived at midday restaurant quite quiet. We were served quite quickly but as in all Burger King's, we forgot two things: we forgot forks, especially for the cheese fries, and we forgot a drink in the children's menu, we had to go back, restaurant, clean, children's area, very good small downside on the toilets at midday, the first toilet was out of service finally in deplorable use

Food was good. Bad service. Employee walked away with my credit card and i had to asked repeatedly for it to be brought back. Not surprised my credit was comprimised. Stay away.
