I ordered the new cotton candy cloud in my meal thru the app. When I got there, waited around 10 mins, I was told couldn't get the icee, had to get a drink instead. No refund for the extra I paid or even an offer for it. Main reason I went.

Employees was rude we asked them for two chicken Junior sandwiches that was on the value menu we kept telling him the round one not the long one it was like he didn't understand what we was trying to say anyways we got our sandwiches they were wrong we take them back up there to tell them and the employee was very rude and the manager was rude they gave us the other two chicken sandwiches for free we get home open the sandwiches and the chicken both the chickens or rock hard and on top of that the floor was dirty people were stepping on food pop spill everywhere trash can overfilled will not be going back there ever again.

Terrible service very rude employees… always have to ask for the things we ordered and paid for because it’s never all in the bag… have given this store a few chances because everyone has bad days but it’s very consistently bad service… biscuits are always very hard to the point we trash them because you can’t even bite them they’re so hard… this store needs some major help

Showed up at 9:32, kid let me in and the manger on duty said “I had the door locked for a freaking reason. “I proceeded to asked if they were closed . She said no they lock the doors early . It’s 9:30 on a Friday night with only three place to eat. I think it’s poor busy to turn away paying customers that early. I can see 10-5 minutes before. But 30 minutes with other people in the lobby looks bad. Then screaming across the lobby about us coming in. And had a bad attitude the rest of the time we was there. They was 6 more people wanting in while we was there and they wouldn’t let them in.

Parking: 4 vehicles in line windows close no warning or sign says so people wIting 10 min just to be told closed
We showed up at 8am and were told the restaurant wasn't open. 2 minutes later someone else showed up and the girl unlocked the door.Some of the tables were still dirty from the night before, and the drink machine obviously wasn't cleaned by the night shift either.Of course there were rips in some of the seats and damage to door jams in the bathroom, if management doesn't care about the restaurant why would the employees.

Chicken Fries and Ghost Pepper Whopper are not a meal (despite the menu board) and therefore can not be rung up on the same transaction.What BK keeps secret is that one must use the drive-through twice to accomplish such a level 10 and highly honored achievement as Ghost Pepper Whopper & Chicken Frie on same trip.
