Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

If I asked for banana split of how I like then it shouldn’t be difficult to fix it when ask to have strawberries on the outside and chocolate in the middle with no pineapple and on 3rd times he pretty much just take one side of pineapple out and put strawberries on it and it was not thick ice cream as it was completely melted into milk as he kept using same ice cream instead of start fresh batch due to his mistakes. It is ridiculous how they handle it but at least the manager refund my money back.

Went today and ordered two meals for take out. First, the cashier saw us waiting as she helped an elderly couple ahead of us who ordered some ice cream.

Then, the cashier walked away to the back and started talking with two other employees, the whole time we waited and waited, nothing until another employee, who was cleaning called out and asked for someone to take our order, nothing we continued to be ignored.

The employee who was cleaning came back and saw no one had attended to us. He then took our to go order.

It took 12 minutes, I timed it, for anyone to start our order. The reason, they were all busy chit chatting. Lousy customer service...

For the food, the cheese burger was good. The French fries, no good. Very soggy and they tasted and smelled of old oil. The Sunday good but, it is Dairy Queen and it comes out of a machine.

What used to be the best DQ there was has taken a nose dive. Terrible service, order was wrong, and no urgency to fix what was wrong. Be better.

Some employees need to be consistent on what they are providing to the public. Sometimes shakes are not consistent i ask to add a certain flavor and they always forget .

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the blizzard. Mosley only wanted ice cream but decided to get a burger as well. After receiving my burger I realize the lettuce was extremely hot in the bottom of the container was wet and guess it was made in a microwave. After going back over and watching for a couple of minutes saw them putting every Burger in the microwave after they were made. Not one Burger was being cooked fresh on the grill. Although my burger seemed soggy I figured I could at least give it a try. The burger patty was extremely rubbery and tasted old. Didn't figure it was worth the argument to try and get it remade so I threw it away and left. Unless you're only in the mood for ice cream I wouldn't advise stopping. If I wanted something microwaved I could stop at a gas station up the road and it would probably be better.

Awesome place

Sat at the drive thru watched as the guy preparing the food handling everything with no gloves on!! A week later went back to get just milk shakes no way I was ordering burgers or any food from here again. Got to the drive thru at 9:17 pm Sat and waited for 20 mins and no one even working drive thru and didn't see anyone working 😕 never be back there again!!!

I asked for a cookie dough blizzard and was given Oreo after it was spilled on the counter. It doesn’t even taste barley like ice cream but dirt.

Worst dairy gueen around didnt use to be but now is terrible from food to service don't waste your money here

The shrimp and fries were very tasty.

Waited 10 minutes to place order. All the workers were hiding or something.

This was the only place open in a large radius and my husband and I were visiting the area and starving.
I couldn't even stomach to eat my burger. It was disgusting. Tasted like the burger was cooked the day before, left on the counter over night into the next evening then microwaved for only 30 seconds and served to be. Disgusting. I took 2 bites and had to throw the rest out before I puked. Fries were soggy and also not edible. I got a heath brownie Sunday and that was essentially tasted like 75% of the cup was dirt and grass mixed with chocolate and a little bit of vanilla ice cream at the top.

This was hands down the worst place I've ever been to in my life. $50 bucks between both of our meals and nothing was edible aside from my husband's blizzard.
