Absolutely horrible Service! Our receipt says Cheri. We visited this location on 01/04/2025. Cheri was completely rude and lazy. She had told us to pull up. My husband thinking he misunderstood her because our truck was so big tha us pulling up still would block another car from coming threw the drive threw. So we parked in the spaces by the building. She came out to the curb with our order (which was 25 to 30 feet from us), she looked at us, turned around, and walked back in and sat our order down. We could see her every now and then glance at us. My husband thought well maybe that's not our order. We waited a few more mins and decided to pull back threw the drive threw and she opened the window and proceeded to hand us our order. And he asked her why she didn't bring it and she said (with an attitude) because I told you to pull up. My husband said so you couldn't have brought it over to us. She responded by making a nasty face and saying no. We love dunkin donuts but will never visit this location again!

Food was ice cold, not cooked at all, coffee tasted completely awful even with milk creamer and sugar, burnt as hell. How you burn coffee and not cook the food?

We called to ask about placing an online order and the employee that answered was very rude. She told me the max we could order was 2 dozen donuts. We completely understand. The next day we come in to order and we ask again and a different employee says you can order 3 dozen plus donuts holes. Not a great experience. :/

HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I LOVE THIS PLACE, unfortunately in Michigan they are very far and few between so I was excited to stop and get a donut, dozen ???, and coffee. The lady behind the counter, who went by Grandma, was wonderful. My granddaughter and I sat out on the front deck outside and it was a wonderful morning with great food.
This was a quick in and out visit, but our coffee was perfectly prepared along with our breakfast sandwich. Staff was friendly and quick. Parking was plenty, and the drive-through was quick. Kid friendly and wheelchair accessible.

Your staff doesn't need to be gossiping together about another employee who is trying to work, it makes it nearly impossible. The personal problems don't belong in your place of business. The talked about employee don't deserve to be drug through the mud while she's trying to work. Now if you have employees there that have time to make another employee not want to be there because of their gossiping, then I guess you gave to many working that shift. I didn't realize you paid people to run other employees down who are trying to make you money!!!
