When my peeps are working when I enter, all is perfect, because I am probably their most frequent flyer, unfortunately when those who don't know me, I don't get made to feel special, like when my peeps work, gotta love them!! Food taste was as expected. The service was fairly quick. However, upon opening our food, it was like it was just all thrown onto the wrapper and wrapped up. There was no eating "on the go" as we had to pull over and park to actually eat our food (tacos) with forks.
Food was cold taco meat tasted like water. Charging for sour cream, you should get sour cream. A small "small" amount was put on the bottom of the food and couldn't even taste it. It was not at a busy time no excuse for the food being tast-less.

Tried going through the drive thru at this establishment found out why we give free college here Sad to say this comment . I tried to place my order and to my dismay was unable to get my order placed , after five times of concisely ordering what I would have gladly paid for the drive through worker could not understand a basic order by stating a number and explanation of said order. I literally drove Cookeville to get my order. Definitely sad to say I am from Monterey. If this is a franchise I would love to speak to the owner. I would give negative 10 stars if I could.
