They forgot my daughter's meal. We went back for it, and they forgot the extra cup of cheddar and straws after saying they put it in the bag the second time. I understand we make mistakes. But two times..?
No real complaints about my Arby's stop in the Loves Center. The place looked like it was new which is a good thing. Large fueling center, clean restaurant. My sandwich was great and the cookie that I didn't even know Arby's sold was delicious. They even asked me if I wanted it warmed up which made it even better.
As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted. Kenna, the lady at the counter was kind and friendly. When she wasn’t taking orders she was cleaning the dining area. The food was good. Turkey, bacon ranch is BOMB! Crinkle cut fries were perfect and Hot! Other Arby’s could sure learn from this one. 8⭐️
