Manager working night shift needs to learn how to actually handle customers. I’ve been in a lot of bad customer service situations but this was the first time I’ve had a manager walk in and escalate a situation. Wont be shopping at the subway or the grocery store anymore.

Since when did it become appropriate for a subway artist to ask a customer to leave a tip “ if they want, but don’t need to”?? Seriously??? I’m all for tipping, I was in the industry for 25+ years but hhhhmmmm NOPE ??♀️ Sorry not sorry ??♀️ Apparently y’all don’t put the sandwiches in plastic bags with napkins anymore either?? The girl at the counter even asked me if I wanted her to go in the back to get more tuna salad because there wasn’t enough in the container up front. Hhhmmm no I want to pay full price for a partial wrap ??♀️

We was in there tonight and the girl training the boy was more into flirting then training him and he kept rubbing his head with his gloves on and grabbing his pants and pullling them up under his shirt. He was asked to change his gloves and told why asked to change his gloves. After changing his gloves he continued to grabb his pants bc he didnt have a belt and kept falling down. Then touched the sandwiches. We walked out very unsanitary and disgusting and trainer didnt seem to notice or care. Not to meantion out of everything and toaster oven broken. Complete mess. Not happy at would be no star if it could be.

This subway is trash. They never seem to know what goes on the subs and they NEVER have a manager on shift. I've been trying for 4 days to get a messed up sandwich replaced because the manager isn't there.

Nothing wrong with the workers but I have tried to order a meatball sub countless times from this location and every time I am called and told they don't have any!!!!!

Kris and Kaitlyn did and amazing job I work for malones driving a wrecker so I don't have a lot of time to wait for food usually they were fast but caring about what I wanted n how I wanted it made the veggies were all very fresh and looked great they made both my sandwiches loaded up and full of meat and veggies they were very polite they were talking to me and having conversations with me like they actually cared about me as a customer this is the best subway I've been to so far every time is such a great experience and interaction this will be the only one I go to anymore they make ur food the right way lots of meat lots of veggies and just awesome personality definitely made my trip here a great one keep up up the amazing work
