The first time I went they forgot a sandwich, the Second time I went, they didn’t give us the right sandwich and they drowned my sandwich in sauce to where I couldn’t taste anything else on it. It was so overpowering and ridiculous. Fast food isn’t hard, get competent workers.

Got the new sandwich there. Had to throw it out! It tasted horrible. There was nothing wrong with the place and sadly enough, that was just the way the sandwich tasted.

Why does it take 30 to 45 minutes to get a small order from this place with no customers in the building. Seems this takes place each time I go. They may need adults working instead of unfriendly kids. Not to worry I won't be back!!!!@

Solid location. Nice clean lobby, drink station and visible kitchen area. Only had one small incident where the cashier had punched my order in incorrectly and overcharged slightly but was rectified as soon as I mentioned it. The hot ham and Swiss are stacked high and topped with melty Swiss, exactly how it should be.

This place was absolutely impressive. Compared to the other Arby’s restaurants, this one knew the meaning of “above and beyond” when it came to customer service

Seeker (the cashier who took my order) was absolutely amazing. She mentioned that she was working to be a store manager. From what I see, the company needs more people like her - to lead and to train others.

Worth coming back! 💯

Just landed from flight got to mt Juliet- Sat in drive thru line 30 min prior to
Closing and they tell us they have run out of roast beef? It’s the only thing you sale or claim to be good at. Pure laziness- don’t want the sales. Hire people that are willing to work. 3/20/2025

Arby’s….we have the meats???!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Show up around 7:45pm Saturday night. Sit behind 1 other truck at the drive through line for 12 minutes before they finally take his order. I pull up to the speaker and the guy says please give me a second. 2 minutes later he comes back and says we don’t have any roast beef. What? Roast Beef is your thing. I won’t be back. YOU DON’T HAVE THE MEATS.
