Just landed from flight got to mt Juliet- Sat in drive thru line 30 min prior to
Closing and they tell us they have run out of roast beef? It’s the only thing you sale or claim to be good at. Pure laziness- don’t want the sales. Hire people that are willing to work. 3/20/2025

Arby’s….we have the meats???!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Show up around 7:45pm Saturday night. Sit behind 1 other truck at the drive through line for 12 minutes before they finally take his order. I pull up to the speaker and the guy says please give me a second. 2 minutes later he comes back and says we don’t have any roast beef. What? Roast Beef is your thing. I won’t be back. YOU DON’T HAVE THE MEATS.

I am on a schedule. I go there to get my lunch and a drink to take my medicine with. They do not give me my drink. I drive away but should not have to remind them what my order is. Line to long. Go in no one at register. So I have to make another stop for a drink and spend 2.00 more.

We had sn extremely long wait in drive-thru. Our order was correct and food was fresh. The employees were friendly.
Parking: It's difficult to enter the parking lot if your heading south on Mt. Juliet rd.

Brand new location right of the interstate. Clean clean clean. I consider myself a germaphobe. So I'm very paranoid and particular about where I eat. I wanted to experience Arby's "We've got the meats," hamburgers. I live in the West End section of Nashville TN but I drove 12 miles from home to the Mt. Pleasant Arby's location knowing it was a newer one. Let me tell you about the location. It's right across from a mall not Providence. Just south of the mall so you don't have to navigate all that traffic. Then entrance is a right turn straight into the parking lot. Handicap parking is right at the door. Plenty of parking and the driveway to the drive thru is absolutely amazing. They did it right! Anyway! The outside is absolutely inviting and the front door boasts the general manager's name. Impressive. Store hours of operation etc. The first thing I did after surveying the lobby was head directly to the bathroom. If the bathroom is unattractive, nasty and hasn't been cleaned. I leave!. That's anywhere I go. Because it's a good reflection of how clean the staffing is. Cleaning is essential. That said, next I check the beverage counter. Spotless! Hallelujah! Now, I feel comfortable and confident I can eat something safely. The menu is absolutely amazing as well. I ordered the Arby's big bacon cheese burger and potato cakes. Let me tell ya! Just like the commercials but real! Oh and by the way! The staff clean uniforms, hands, counters, and are super friendly. I'm sick and tired of rude staffing, aren't you? Not here
I had 3 different staff greet me with a smile and welcome me to their store. Now that's impressive! I dined in and enjoyed every delicious bite. And I ordered the bacon ranch turkey sandwich on their custom bread to go. Fantastic! Absolutely worth the drive to experience the best instead of being disappointed. I highly recommend this location for your next special meal. " Arby's" we've got the meats! " They do! And I appreciate and appreciate the store manager and staff from excellence in restaurant performance.

There's something very satisfying about Arby's roast beef. Great with some curly fries! I also love their Reubens and Gyros, potato cakes and milk shakes, and more.
Git u some!

Lunch drive thru 7.1.2024 1:25 ish PM $-7.00 to $10.00
- Person taking order was very pleasant- I wanted a Beef and Cheddar but, I said classic- so no cheddar and curly fries- paid- I was the only one in line and only one car in lot- I was asked to pull up and wait- the young man brought it out in about 3 mins- fries were ice Cold and old and the sandwich was cold as well-don't know why I had to pull up and wait- it wasn't fresh--- such a shame because back in the day Arby's was the bomb!! I won't be back.

Food had no flavor. They put American cheese on beef and cheddar and half the beef as normal. All teens working but they were very nice

I’m usually not a big fan of Arby’s but I have to say the food I got here was so fresh and good. The fries were hot, crispy, and the perfect amount of salt. The tea was fresh. The window cashier was friendly and nice. I did have to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive-thru though but that’s not too horrible of a wait. It is off a busy road though. Depending on the time of day, it will be difficult to pull out on the road, esp left. It’s right by the interstate exit where cars are coming through constantly.

The newly remodeled store looks great. Service was prompt, our order was accurate and the food was good (consistent with any other Arby's I've ever eaten at).
