This place sucks, the ice cream was bland and had almost no flavor, they used old stale waffle cones and ran out before we all even got to have an ice cream cone, the cone was disgusting and very stale! Do not recommend!

I got here and both of the employees who couldn’t be older then 12 were on their phones. And refused to make me a milkshake because it was past 9. And lied to me and said that baskin robis does not serve milkshakes after 9. What kind of Tom foolery is this place. Don’t go here.

Came in to get a cake for my friends birthday on Saturday the 5th, when I asked the guy at the counter if he could write on the cake he told me no he wasn’t allowed. I’m confused because I’ve been to this location before and got my cake with writing on it, when I asked why he couldn’t write a simple “happy birthday” on the cake, he said that I wouldn’t want him writing on the cake because it wouldn’t look good. How are you going to sell cakes and not offer them to be written on? Super dissatisfied and disappointed in this experience.

The hours listed are not at all accurate. I had promised my son ice cream and brought him to BR, and we have been standing outside the business for over 10 minutes (& it’s supposed to be open).

Went to this location on 2/18/24 @ 7:10p the young lady with blonde hair was very rude!!! I’m not sure what happened before I arrived but her customer service was sooo awful! I will be contacting your corporate office!

I know pies aren't going to look exactly like the picture but.... my pie wasnt even round. And it was so sloppy. I could have made this myself for less than 25 dollars. I didn't complain to the kids behind the counter because I know they didn't make it. This place needs some quality control! Do not order a cake or pie from this location! So disappointed.

Delicious ice cream and amazing customer service. The staff was so friendly when we visited tonight!

Every time I come in, I am always greeted by employees ready to serve me. They are so friendly and make conversation. Scoops are always the same size every time too. Definitely recommend for fast service and great ice cream!

Staff were friendly and helpful.Not complaining here but, i observed that the amount of icecream served per scoop is not consistent

Pumpkin Cheesecake flavor - delicious! Love this location. Plenty of seating, and great service. Marcos Pizza right next door.

Try triple mango ???

Staff is always friendly and always has my i cream cones come out looking picture worthy! This is my go to location because as many times as i come I do not experience poor customer as opposed to other BR locations. Also the hours are accurately posted. Thank you. Very local customer :)
