More hype than anything, which sucks because I really wanted to like this place. The employees are amazing and very nice. But the food was honestly kinda bland and watered down, especially for the prices.
Dietary restrictions: I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome and felt comfortable eating there. You can see the cook tops and food from where you’re ordering. I could see them clean everything before they cooked my food, and the poultry and mammalian meat were kept separate.
Kid-friendliness: Kid Friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat wheelchair accessible. You have to “go down the line” like a Subway or Chipotle, so I’m not completely sure the width there, but the dinning are is wheelchair accessible. But the employees are nice and I’m willing to bet they’d help in anyway they can.

Food is just ok and crazy overpriced. Also idk what they filled this Heinz ketchup bottle with but it is clearly not Heinz. It is really dark looking and the worst tasting ketchup I’ve ever had.

The owner doesn’t take criticism well. My husband and I visited after I saw several TikToks claiming that it was better than Chipotle. I was looking forward to trying it especially seeing they had generous portion sizes in their videos. It could've been an off day for the worker but the portion size of my bowl was nothing impressive. Our meal came out to be nearly $50 which is even more than Chipotle. After still seeing videos on social media and comments regarding the “generous” portion sizes, I commented that those servings are only for views on social media and my personal experience with them unfortunately did not match. The owner responded asking for the name of the worker which at that point it had been at least 6 months since our visit there. There’s no way I could remember and then he claimed that I was only trying to bash their business. He also said that he hadn’t received any complaints which although we were disappointed, it wasn’t worth the complaint at the time. We simply have never been back. Before I could even respond, the owner blocked me on TikTok. Since I’m local and pass it nearly everyday, I was considering giving them another chance but after this interaction, I would much rather spend my money at chipotle.
Visited for the first time yesterday after finding them on TikTok as well some time ago. The customer service was great and the bowls were made were also really good. One of the ladies paid very close attention to my facial expression when she put too much pico on my bowl, she ended up removing the excess without me even asking and that meant a lot to me. One star off because the steak could really use some seasoning, it’s very bland. Also, I ordered the chicken tenders meal for my toddler and it was very poor quality, it went straight in the trash. Otherwise we definitely enjoyed Bubbakoo’s.

Make sure you ask for a receipt. Pics are what I ordered and what I paid. Steak was flavorless chewy and full of hard gristle. Gave it a try but I'll go to Chipotle next time.

I would not ever step foot in this place number 1they change way too much for food that looks and tastes like it comes from a can or freezer and too I don't like the fact that the owner records people and puts it on YouTube that's not professional at all I don't mind the businesses have security cameras but they don't post anything on YouTube it's different please think about it and stop doing it.
Pretty standard burrito experience

One of the worst restaurant experienced in my life. Owner was rude and blocked me on TikTok after I praised him for his work. Terrible service.

We saw this place on Tiktok and decided to drive out and try it. Definitely did not disappoint!! We each had a chiwawa and they were delicious! I'm a queso snob and really liked their queso as well! Will definitely be back!

I have tried this place numerous times and it is always amazing! the owner (VJ) and staff are always attentive and happy to be there. today i ordered right before closing and even then the staff greeted me with a smile and handed me two hefty portioned quesoritos. this place soars over other related places like Moe's and Chipotle. could not recommend it enough!

Four of us went for lunch for the first time and we were all blown away! So good! We all got Chiwawas and everyone was impressed. I look forward to trying the shrimp/pineapple burrito next.
The ONLY thing negative I have is that I felt rushed when ordering. It was after lunch rush(1:45) and no one was behind us in line. I wanted to ask about the ingredients I didn't recognize but they seemed in a hurry so I just kept moving. This was why we chose not to go at a busy time.
I will definitely be back to try different items

I was super excited to try this place because I had seen it on TikTok! I ordered the Birria Crispy Cheese Dilla- it was really good. I think there may have been miscommunication because one of the older ladies that works there thought I had said Cheese Quesadilla, which is an easy fix. The other worker just added the extra toppings - no big deal. She brought us our food and asked me “So you didn’t order a Cheese Quesadilla?” in a rude manner, I just replied pleasantly that no, this is what I ordered and it’s fine! She scoffed and walked back towards the kitchen, slamming something down on the counter. I’m not really sure what the issue is but that reaction wasn’t necessary. My boyfriend later went to the counter to get a to-go box, and she ignored him and rolled her eyes in his direction. Someone else ended up helping him, thanks to that worker! I would go back but that interaction put a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe she was just having a bad day, which I understand, but it just wasn’t a good first impression.
