The manager on duty was really nice and fixed our order that was need up but our waitress had a bad attitude and rushed us. It was a night and I understand they were busy but she did not do well under pressure. I don’t recommend going on Friday nights

This location is ok. It’s clean. The food is really average but the service is very hit or miss. A couple times I had great service, but there is one server who is awful. I won’t even go to if she is working that day. She ignores customers and gets orders wrong. When I requested things to order after my main meal or refills she never brought them because she was busy taking to people. I’ve also had homophobic remarks at this location by another customer sitting by me when I was with my LGBT friend which I thought was very inappropriate.

Took my family party of 7 to Mt juliet BWW. to eat dinner. Was seated rather quickly. After that it was all down hill. Took 15 minutes for waitress to come take drink order. After placing drink order she came back with some drinks, stating that they were completely out of tea and brought water in place (3). Did not ask if we wanted replacement drink. Us Assuming they were going to make more. She returned 10 minutes later asking for food order. First ordered the beer pretzel knots. Waitress said oven was broken couldn't order the knots. So we ordered chips and salsa, and some hatch queso. About 20 minutes later she returns with hatch queso. Which was requested without pico and came with pico. And stats they have no salsa either.....what do they have?? We place our food order.
I question on the tea If they have made more, she tells me "no, we are completely out." Okay well then can we get other drinks in place..... some time passes again my son waiting patiently we assume she forgot again. I give him my drink as we wait. Finally she brings his replacement drink.
Our food starts to arrive hoping this meal will get better...nope. two plates arrive and the others are waiting another 10 minutes pass before the rest of the food arrives.
1 order was burger without mustard and mayo....guess what? It was caked with excessive mustard. Nachos were ordered with chili...guess what. No chili, and very little cheese.
Short story out of half the things you ask for and what you do get is wrong.
Overall family feels this is the worst BWW in the area.

This store is horrible I would never order from here. They don’t care if they are busy. They don’t care about Uber drivers or their customers.

Went at 10pm during UFC fight. I understand they were packed. I work food service myself, I wasn’t expecting fast service.
I was given no wait time estimate. Food was served cold and tough. Very tough—so tough that I had to forcefully rip it off my fork. This action caused a chunk of sauce-covered breading to lodge itself directly in my eye, under my eyelid. I happened to get the second hottest sauce available. Obviously I was in extreme pain, had issues finding the bathroom to rinse out my eye.
I spent the rest of my meal blind in my left eye, mortified, and honestly crying (it hurt! a lot!). I didn’t want to waste my food, and didn’t want to take it to go and risk it getting EVEN colder and tougher. I seriously want to emphasize that these boneless wings were tough like jerky. 😭
I want to be clear here: I don’t blame BWW for me getting hot sauce in my eye. I didn’t expect the staff to stop everything and baby me after it happened. But, I’m just saying, this wouldn’t have happened if my food wasn’t served cold and tough. And I wouldn’t have minded one of the two or three staff member noticing the incident or me crying for the rest of the meal to say “Hey, are you good? Need more napkins?”
A very impersonal experience with incredibly mid food. I bet the food would be amazing if it was hot and fresh, but I’ve never been served hot and fresh food from BWW before. I would have rated 5/5 stars if the food was hot, fresh, took 60 more minutes, and I STILL got hot sauce in my eye. I’m really just mad about how tough the chicken was.
Onion rings were fire though.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly if there’s any sport event of any kind going on. Lots of drunk frat bros yelling. I might even be nervous myself if I went alone. (I am a small frame female)

My food was ready to pick up and a lot staff around and nobody attended me after 15 minutes.
I hope there isn’t a character limit…
Let me start by saying- my husband and I have both served (my husband AT a BWW), so we get it, it’s not an easy job.
Two small children, my husband and myself.
When we sat down, easily 10 minutes went by before she even approached our table. No kids menus , so I had to look it up online.
We ordered our drinks and appetizer. Our drinks came, she set them down with no straws. No app plates. No napkins or silverware.
When she finally came back to get our order, we asked for straws, she disappeared without getting our order, and didn’t come back for 20 minutes.
As we’re waiting to order, we’re watching her other tables go to the to go counter and get boxes, napkins, etc. another table even went to the bar to get a water refill. My husband gets up and gets the kids straws. She finally comes back to take our order. Still not acknowledging the straw issue.
At this point we all ordered another drink. The kids never even got their refill. My husbands and mine came after we were finished so we just left them we had already been there so long.
Our order comes out. One at a time. It started with one of the kids meals. The second entree came out about 20 minutes later, it was my husbands. Mine came out another 20 minutes later. I got a salad so mine required silverware that I didn’t get, so I sat there and stared at my salad until my husband went back to the counter for another server to bring me a fork. SHE DIDN’T COME CHECK ON US ONCE.
Our second kids entree never even came out.
Mind you, we had a pretty quick ticket, and they weren’t all that busy.
She only came back to ask if we needed anything, long after we had been sitting there waiting for the check.
When she brought the check she waited for us to give her the card.
Long story short, if you get Ivy for a server- RUN.

Very good food, terrible service from our own experience, we went and waited for us for 1 hour, they told us that our order was given to another table. We waited half an hour more, the order never arrived, we better left.

My husband and I had lunch today at Buffalo Wild Wings in Mt. Juliet Tn. We took advantage of the special they had, 2 entrees with a drink for $19.99. We both had wings with fries, which were very good. Our waitress Katie was super nice and attentive.

Terrible.... drove from Canada to Nashville and was the dirtiest place in our 900 mile trek. Salad was literally something I'd throw out of my fridge at home.

This Buffalo Wild Wings location is the best that I have had in a long time. I frequent this location and every time everything is spot on. The food comes out fast, it is hot, and the service is great. From the waiter/waitress taking the order to the kitchen, everything flows. The teamwork is there also, meaning someone is always in rotation to make sure your food comes out as soon as it is ready for your table. I give this BWW location 5 stars, 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great service! P.S. The Kitchen Staff is AMAZING Especially on Tuesdays!
