Ordered - 20 piece boneless buffalo wings and they were honestly the worst I’ve ever had. They were rock hard and dry, clearly not fresh and I picked them up right on time. You could hardly tell there was meat in them, they were the texture of jerky. Wendy’s nuggets are of better quality than what they served me today. Will not be ordering from here again.

The gentleman that took our order messed up charged us for tots we didn't order forgot husband's tater wedges tea wasn't sweet didn't use my number for points. They was not busy at 2pm on a Saturday. Charged our card extra money for a tip when he didn't earn his tip. He wasn't the one to even bring our food or drinks out another lady did she was rude when we told her we didn't order tots we had wedges ran back to the kitchen screaming that table said they didn't order these. All around bad 2nd attempt here at the one in mt juliet

I went there about two weeks ago. The patio was disgusting bird poop everywhere. Bird nest on the eaves above your head with feathers falling down at your feet. That is unsanitary and I used 700 of my points for my app for a bottle of sauce. They didn’t have and was told they sold it at Walmart made a complaint four times With no response from a call or an email. We eat here all the time and with no responses to my complaints. It really makes me feel like that. They don’t care about Customer service. The manager came out and let me know that if my points don’t come back on my app in two days, I could drive to the store to get a free bottle of sauce. That defeats the purpose of getting my points back and why should I have to drive to the store for a free bottle of sauce when I’ve sent four complaints with no responses. unacceptable!

Picked up an order to go. The cheese curds were so overcooked that they were like hush puppies, the wings were way over sauced, and they neglected to tell me that they didn’t have onion rings. Found out those weren’t included when I got back home and took forever to get a manager to get a refund for the missing item.

Stopped in for a beer or maybe a whole meal and alot of beers. My first stop was the restroom. It was disgusting. I won't be back ever. The bartender was fine and the beer was good but I'm not going in that bathroom ever again. Tomorrow I'm getting a tetanus shot. The beer was too expensive. There is other places to get a 4 dollar beer. Here it's 6. Don't know why. Later.
