Customer service here is dead. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me at the to go counter for an order I placed online, and they had so much attitutde for a request for some extra seasoning. There might have been 8 tables in the whole restaurant. It's a good thing I like their wings I guess.

The service at the restaurant is very poor. They always take time to seat you and food is always late. Sometimes during peak hours they close out half the section of the restaurant expecting you to wait for other guests to leave for you to take your turn seat. The Food sometimes is good and sometimes is poor quality depending on the time you make it there. This restaurant is poorly managed and needs help with treating their customers the right way in order for them to come back.

Placed online order for 20 boneless wings and wedges value bundle. We chose to get 3 flavors: jammin jalapeño, brown sugar heat, and Asian zing. Shorted us on the wings and only recieved 7 of each brown sugar heat and Asian zing, no jammin jalapeño

The day my wife and I went ( a couple of weeks ago as of this post) we got seated right away and for about 15 minutes no one came to our table to say hello or anything else. I finally got fed up and told the workers what I was mad about. Threw the menus down and walked out. Thank you BDubs...for being so unmercifully crappy to us. Doubt we'll be back. So we went to Shoneys in Lebanon where we were seated waited on. Your loss.

Jamie at the bar was absolutely amazing! She was prompt and adamant about providing outstanding service. We will definitely be back!
3 out of 4 people's good was wrong. Bobby was our server he is always great the problem was there were 4-5 servers on the floor and he's taking care of half the floor PLUS outside. You have all these servers just standing around watching the gane invluding the manager that talked to us. When we asked to speak to a manager the girl went to ask her to talk to us she had her ask a different manager but had to talk to us anyways. Didn't offer any kind of solution and was EXTREMELY RUDE when she brought our check back.

I ordered a takeaway and the server taking my order told me its gonna take 15 mins. Even after waiting for one hour i have to fetch the server for my takeout. I have attached the receipt. Very very bad experience. Never will come back or suggest anyone. They took almost an hours and nobody even said somethingabout the order running late
