Placed online order for 20 boneless wings and wedges value bundle. We chose to get 3 flavors: jammin jalapeño, brown sugar heat, and Asian zing. Shorted us on the wings and only recieved 7 of each brown sugar heat and Asian zing, no jammin jalapeño
What a great experience we had here today. Food is awesome as always but what really stood out was our friend Bobby who took care of us. He was absolutely amazing. He was helping to train someone new Olivia who was also awesome. Bobby was taking care of a lot of tables one with 6 people another with at least 10/11 people and never missed a beat. Very personable attentive and freaking hilarious. We’ve eaten here multiple times and never had a bad experience but today was next...
Picked up an order to go. The cheese curds were so overcooked that they were like hush puppies, the wings were way over sauced, and they neglected to tell me that they didn’t have onion rings. Found out those weren’t included when I got back home and took forever to get a manager to get a refund for the missing item.
