Picked up an order to go. The cheese curds were so overcooked that they were like hush puppies, the wings were way over sauced, and they neglected to tell me that they didn’t have onion rings. Found out those weren’t included when I got back home and took forever to get a manager to get a refund for the missing item.
When they brought the food, they forgot mine and my son‘s meal, she went back and she just grabbed my son and then it took 10 more minutes to bring my food. 10 more minutes to come back and ask for refills.
This location is ok. It’s clean. The food is really average but the service is very hit or miss. A couple times I had great service, but there is one server who is awful. I won’t even go to if she is working that day. She ignores customers and gets orders wrong. When I requested things to order after my main meal or refills she never brought them because she was busy taking to people. I’ve also had homophobic remarks at this location by another customer sitting by me ...
