I came by at 8, craving that stupid frozen cotton candy freeze. I swear I’m addicted to this drink. anyway, I pull up and they tell me the machine is defrosting. I said I’ll wait. pull around to the window and they don’t make me pay since it’s gonna be a while. these poor workers stand there as they watch me slurp the overflowing cloud liquid off the top. my night has been made, thank you to whoever I was blessed with getting service from tonight

They are remodeling. It looks really nice. Crew was fast and nice. The burgers actually looked like they were supposed to look. Tasted fresh. Great job guys!

I keep trying to give this particular location a chance and they keep failing me. Ordered the brisket burger got home just a regular whopper with BBQ sauce no brisket no crispy onions very disappointed. This is the only burger king that I go to and they can never get the order right. Every other burger king i go to the order is right the staff is nice. While ya'll did the remodel should work on the staff now.

Obviously, no manager on duty, workers in back yelling, cussing and playing around. Makes me fearful how my food is being made. Only ones in store and is taking over 15 min to make two hamburger combo and we still have NOT gotten them yet. So looks like it will take over 20 min at fast food. Do NOT come here. Now it has been 25 minutes.

They constantly get something wrong with the order even though you used the automated input. Never anyone at the counter unless you call out to those in the back.

I came through the drive thru during a flash flood. No joke.
I think Jacob (blonde hair) took my money and was so nice!! Austin handed me my food and made sure that my order was correct.
Jacob and I were both getting drenched and he still smiled through it. Jacob literally did the same.

Twice I've used the app to order ahead and twice I've been told they can't or won't make the food and to get a refund you have to wait over 7 days. This is really unacceptable and the food isn't that great either.

Placed mobile order, stated would be ready in 3 minutes. Got to drive through only. I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Gave mobile order number and name. Had to repeat myself several times. Finally, they seemed to find it and asked to pull around.
Pulled around, no one came to the window until my food was ready. Which was another 10 minutes. Very odd to sit in a drive-through while they look at you, and don't even say hey it's going to be a few minutes.
While I understood my order was later in the night, I don't understand why it took so long. Then the fries were cold, the cheesy tots were soggy and cold, and cookies were very stale. Of the 2 sandwiches, one was perfect, which was nice. The other one, though the patty, was hard and seemed old.
This location has been hit or miss lately, more on the miss side. I know across the board restraunts are struggling with getting good help, but I don't understand why they are accepting their staff providing subpar service and poor quality food. They really need to hold staffing accountable. Maybe go back to the secret shopper program to see what the customers are dealing with.
