I love burger kings food but this was the worst service ive ever had at any fast food establishment ever in my entire life they sat there throwing food back and forth and talking while taking absurly long to make our order and then still forgot our stuff anyway its a miracle they have a job.

The fries are thicker and delicious by far better than McDs. The bacon cheese burger was quite good. The cheese .was melted and infused with burger patty.

Went there and got in a Drive-Thru. Got a a double Whopper with cheese. They charged me for the cheese like always. One piece of cheese on the Whopper with two patties should have two pieces of cheese but whatever got a original chicken sandwich just the sandwich and I said no lettuce and she said all right. You just want Mayo and I said yes. Get the chicken sandwich has just lettuce on it. No mayo fries are cold. Service is terrible. Ask for ketchup. He threw four packets of ketchup at me. Pretty much this is uncalled for every time I go here. It's like this and I guess I'm just going to have to stop going. I hope you lose all your business and I hope somebody reads this and changes their mind and goes somewhere else

Food was amazing hot and fresh. I got to try the new jalapeno bites and they were amazing I will mostly definitely recommend this store to all my friends
We went to Burger King and tried to order but our service was denied, we went through the drive thru as well and this dude said that he was adding a sundae to our order for himself just pathetic. Slowest drive thru l've ever been in and prices are outrageous. So bad that we went to Whataburger and had a speedy and friendly service . I would not recommend this location!

Went inside at 10 pm, as I finished ordering on the self checkout and just about to put my card in the Machine the cashier told me to get out and order on the drive thru because he forgot to lock the doors I went to the drive thru and ordered the food and waited in the line and went up to the window to pay for it and pickup the food just for the same cashier to come back and tell me after he took my order we don’t have what you ordered even though he just took my order on the mic and made me wait at the drive thru absolutely terrible customer service

I came by at 8, craving that stupid frozen cotton candy freeze. I swear I’m addicted to this drink. anyway, I pull up and they tell me the machine is defrosting. I said I’ll wait. pull around to the window and they don’t make me pay since it’s gonna be a while. these poor workers stand there as they watch me slurp the overflowing cloud liquid off the top. my night has been made, thank you to whoever I was blessed with getting service from tonight
