My wife and I order the same salads every single Saturday. This particular Saturday, neither salad had the delicious fried onion slices, which we absolutely love. We called to let the kitchen and manager know about the mistake so we don’t see this mistake again. Manager Jason did not seem very concerned about their error at all, and told us we could file a complaint with Uber eats… Despite the obvious flaw in logic, his carefree attitude about the error left a bad taste in our mouths about choosing BR for our future Saturday splurges. ?
